Shinigami eyes mutated from the uchiha clan so the color is still a bright glowing red but no tomoes in them just a white and black ring in the center.

Shinigami Eyes Ability

Death Sight- Clan members who have the eyes can see everyone’s full name floating above of their head, so lying is not a option, they can also see the life span of everyone as well, knowing how old they are, but cannot see their own lifespan or the remaining life spans of other clan members users.

Enhance Sight- Shinigami Eyes are much better the normal human eyes, because it branched of the Uchiha clan so they are able to see 4x (1x = 100 meters) the length of a normal human in high definition detail, even to read small writing on a piece of paper 400 meters away from their current position. They cannot see through solid objects or in a 360 degrees radius, its just enhance sight of the Shinigami, as also when watching there ememy they watch the mucsle movment so they can be 100% ready for an attack.

Chakra Signature- Shinigami Eyes are able to read the chakra signature of people, each person has there own signature in the world, that makes then unique and with these eyes they can read them and remember them, so they can never be fooled by illusions or clones, they can see what elemental chakra people contain, if they use fire or water. These eyes cannot be used on another clan member because they have no Chakra signature since birth.

Disadvantage
The user must make a choice to kill their Shinigami Guardian in order to take their eyes and in plant it in theirs, it needs no surgery since this is spiritual, once the Shinigami eyes are taken they return back their realm to suffer. The clan member will be left with no Guardian forever. And once gaining these eyes the user is only bound to learning the clan jutsus forever. It is chakra consuming and hurts their eyes if used for a long period of time.

Advantage
If a member of the clan dosent likes their Shinigami Guardian they can sign them over to another in their blood in their notebook another clan member, but the other clan member must agree to this first, you cannot have more then 1 Shinigami Guardian at a time.

But a direct attack to the white mask would cancel the jutsu.

This style is use for counter attacks mainly; it can counter punches and kicks from all angles but not grapple attacks. This works only for the front, right and left side of the user.

Description: The user would stand up straight as their left arm is straight in front of then and the palm is open, and the right arm is straight outwards by the side in the same style but his time his right hand would be holding a katana. This style is very strong in all aspects but mostly offence and counter attack; the counter attack is used with the katana to give very quick reaction slices to the enemy which would be very hard for them to block or dodge. This works in a 360 degree motion.

Description: The users cuts the middle of their hand as they place it unto the notebook to summon an 80 feet demon with black wings and a red skull, the skin of the demon is black and has white spots on it, its very powerful and absorbs any element jutsu to turn it into darkness and shoot it back at the enemy. Its movement is slow but it can manipulate darkness to use in the fight.
•Darkness shield – blocks any taijutsu attack of b rank and below
•Darkness shot – After absorbing energy it shoots darkness balls that explode on contact.
•Ultimate shot – When it has absorbed 3 jutsus it will shoot out a red beam that will destroy anything in its path, 2km destruction. Once using this move the summoning will vanish.

Description: The user focuses a lot of dark chakra to the hands as well as the clans sealing prayer, when this is done the users hand will turn purple blackish color, it takes very high control of chakra to perform this, even in the heat of battle. When the jutsu is complete the user just has to touch the enemy’s skin as a seal is implanted that they can’t take off, nothing would happen to the enemy just that the seal would move across the skin to the chest above the heart. [Would take 10 posts to complete its travel and be activated.]

Description: The user focuses a lot of dark chakra to their katana which would go through quickly, as they leap really fast towards the enemy, they stab the enemy 3 times once in the neck, once in the heart and once in the kidney, very vital places which would kill the user in 2 minutes, the speed of the justu is very incredible, 3 stabs in 0.05 seconds. Cannot use this jutsus often due to damaging the arms.

The user takes out their notebook and opens the page as they place dark chakra into the pen and write the persons name their fighting and if they have the seal above their heart they would die in an instant, after performing this justu this would cause the user to rest. [Would have to wait 24 hours for the next kill]

Description: The user and their shinigami fuse, as the shinigami enters the user and turns solid, the user grows in size which would be about 7ft in size and has black skin which is very rough, purple veins become visible on the skin as well. A third eye will appear, a shinigami eye, on the users forehead that is always open watching the moves of the ememy making close combat weak against this form. Their general stat are increased ten folds as a huge killing intent would emit from this form, their chakra pools would rise also because of the shinigami and all the clan jutsus would be 1 rank stronger. The downside to this jutsu is concentration, the jutsu over pumps the heart to the maximum keeping everything on a high, being in this form for too long would kill the user.


History: It was unknown when this dark clan was around, all that was know was it had bonds with a Shinigami, They are a race of extra-dimensional beings who survive by killing humans to extend their own lives even those with high chakra pools are victims. Shinigamis are not responsible for every death that occurred.

The unknown clan started as this lone ninja who had wondered the wilderness all his life was about to die, the rain came down beating on this ninja as if there was no tomorrow, but for him there wanst, his chakra pool was very high, he was like an S rank ninja, his name was unknown. A Shinigami was watching him die slowly all this time, watching the ninja’s life span fall by the second, his time was up. Then suddenly the ninja fell to his knees as he cried out in pain as his eyes shined red, he confessed on all the dreams he didn’t fulfill before his time and would do anything to become immortal to fulfill it even if it means being treated like a puppet, This Shinigami heard all of his pleading and did something they should never do, expose themselves in the human realm. The tall 9 feet Shinigami stood in front of the ninja, the man looked up at the demon he saw but in his state couldn’t do a thing, The Shinigami told the man he could help him achieve all his dreams with extra life span, the man looked up at him scared, the Shinigami bent down and looked at the man as he said slowly to him that he only has 3 minutes 45 seconds to live, the Shinigami was only helping this man to live so he could create a name for himself in the human world because he was just bored out his mind in his realm, the Shinigami Realm. The man agrees for help and extra life span was giving to him. The Shinigami could sense the man was already cursed, he ask the man, ”You have been curse in this life time”, the man stood up and said, ”The power of the curse… sharingan”. Lightning fell as the speech left the Uchihas mouth, a sudden treaty was made and the last words that the Shinigami said was,”You have not only curse yourself more… my friend… but the whole human race…power is not meant to be toyed with!!!”, the man stood in the rain as he replied back to him, ”Whos toying…around…” . They both gave out a laugh as they both disappeared in the darkness of the night.

Many years later the clan was mutated and branch off the Uchiha clan, but they never gain the power of the sharingan but something more unnatural…

I know thats basically one of the clan's main abilities but that also lets you have the ability to see when a person die. That's somewhat in the range of telling the future which is too much.

I only know 'how old' they are i dont know when they would die...
