Matsunaka (Done)

Birth Arc: From the day he was born, Nuzuki and Amado Nakumora could tell he was going to be something special. He was a large baby ironically, about 22 inches long, and weighing 10 pounds two ounces. He was born with a full head of black hair, that would soon to change at his mother's discretion. His mother had been apart of a special medical ninja team that Suna possessed. Their job, was to find ways to genetically enhance ninjas. Due to a recent decline in test subjects, the Kage told them to not use the village's ninja. They may only use their own children, or themselves. So, when Matsunaka was born, you could tell that Nuzuki was quite happy that they had a new test subject. Their goal, was to seal the Fourth Bijou, Yonbi no Sokou, and grade it's chakra resonation. If the ycould calculate it's resonation, they could bring it down very quickly, should any problems arise with it in the future.

Sealing Arc: Much preparation had been put into the testing. They had already captured the bijou, but could not hold it for long. They said Matsunaka had to be at least one to be able to survive the special seal they were to place on it, but they didn't have that kind of time. The seal, originally looked like this (Click). When they placed the bijou inside of him, they expected to have the bijou lash out inmmediately, on their weak, poorly structured seal. However, the bijou was sealed away, and sat contently within the newborn. It had been centuries since the bijou had held a decent Jinchuuriki. And from what he was sensing, Matsunaka had been very promising. So, it did not take a lot for the Bijou to take Matsu's good side.

The Hate Arc: Growing up, Matsu couldn't help but notice all the people in the village give him strange looks. Sure, he had a gigantic seal on his back, but I mean, was that really a reason to hate him? Truth be told, he didn't know the true reason the people of Suna would shoot him nasty glares. Eventually, it got to him, so he asked his mother about it. She finally told him what he was, and surprisingly, he said nothing. He didn't cry, he didn't freak out. He asked one question. "Can I talk to him?" His mother tilted her head. "I'm not sure. You can try!" She kissed his forehead, and sat in the middle of the living room, in their adobe like home. He sat across from her, and closed his eyes. The eight year old's vision regained, and he looked around. There was complete darkness. "Hello?" his hollow greeting echoed throughout the chasm of darkness. After a few seconds, he was greeted in return. "Matsu! I've been waiting for you, my child." Matsu's eyes widened, as the deep voice continued, "You are my Jinchuuriki. And I, your Bijou." Matsu looked under him, and sat, looking up at the bright orange eyes. "What are we supposed to do? Just...live life?" The bijou's eyes closed temporarily as he chuckled deeply. "My child, we are to live life in harmony, yes. But to express my full power, you must become a shinobi." Matsu had a smile spread across his face. "A ninja....yea!" He exclaimed. "Yes. A ninja. We shall work as a team throughout your entire life. Matsunaka, are you up for the challenge?" Matsu jumped up immediately, and yelled, "Yea! Let's do it!" And with that, he snapped back to reality, opening his eyes slowly. He had just had his first experience with his bijou.

Academy Arc: Upon entering the academy, Matsunaka was unknown. Barely any of the kids paid him any attention, and that was just the way he liked it. However, someone got the info that he was a Jinchuuriki. The other young students called him an animal ignorantly, making him very distant and independent throughout his earlier years. He did everything by himself, and even when other people offered to help, he denied it, and said he could do it himself. He failed the first year of the academy, because he could not remember the proper hand signs. He got stellar grades on the written tests though, which pleased Yonbi.

The following year, he passed with an A+ in Ninjutsu, and an A+ on the written exam. Though, it did not come naturally for him. He passed the very next year, becoming an 11-year old Genin. He was placed on a team with a 17 year old genin, and a 12 year old genin.

Genin Arc: Matsu and his team got along very well, and rarely ever disagreed on anything. Matsu and his team did plenty of missions together, and often suceeded. Their succession rate was an astounding 98%, and they completed 63 missions together. 8 C Rank missions, and 55 D Rank missions. Their sensei held them back from the Chuunin Exams for two straight years, wanting to make sure all of his students were ready to take anyone, and everyone on. So, Matsu learned two Dokton techniques, and plenty of Suiton techniques, while his 19 year old teammate perfected his Taijutsu. The 14 year old perfected her Genjutsu. They were then entered into the Chuunin exams. All three breezed past the written first two tests, and easily proceeded past the fighting. Matsu had the hardest fight, for he had to fight a puppeteer. They were all granted the status of Chuunin.

Chuunin Arc: This is the time period, where the village began to appreciate Matsu for his skills, and worth as a ninja. This is where his happiness as a person began. His father died two months after he was promoted to Chuunin. He locked himself in his room for days, only coming out to do life's necessities. After a week, he came out, and demanded an A-Rank mission, to complete in his father's name. The Kage told him he could not have one, due to his rank. He began to get aggressive with the Kage, and the Kage eventually just gave him the mission to shut him up. He was to assassinate a Missing-Nin from the Village. The Kage had not expected him to complete it. However, Matsu completed the mission, and brought back the ninja's head. The Kage was very impressed, and granted him the title of Jonin for his Hunter-Nin skills.

Jonin: Not only was he promoted to a Jonin, he was assigned to an ANBU to gain extra money, and hunt down more Missing-Nin. While out on a mission, he was heavily damaged by a barrage of weapons, and was luckily transported back to the village in time to be savior. He was 15 at the time, and his mother was thinking about convincing him to leave ANBU. However, she decided that he was doing a fine job for the village, and left him stay without hearing her whine. He continued doing missions for the ANBU squads, and still does missions for them to this day. Matsu and his Yonbi are very close, and are almost in sync on every step. Recently, he has decided to leave the ANBU squad, due to his desire for further training.

Matsu's fingers kneaded the sand he laid under. The gritty substance ran through his hand, like water falling out of a jug. He was laying on a hill, observing a bandit camp in the middle of Kaze no Kuni. It was his mission to observe it for the day, find an appropriate camp out spot with his ANBU squad for the night, and bring them back alive. Though, he couldn't shake the feeling that one of these bandits were extremely powerful. He could even feel the chakra from where he was laying with his fellow ANBU member. I sense it too Matsunaka. Please be careful tomorrow. Tell your squad about this, and make sure they listen. He needs to be taken out first. I understand Yonbi. He nodded slowly, but stopped quickly as he realized his chin dipped into the hot sand. His face was sweating under his ANBU mask. It was even assault time, yet he was very anxious. "Let's go back now. Time for the camp out." The ANBU next to him nodded, and they quickly sped out into the distance, to group up with their fellow ANBU.
