I Would Approve It, She Is A Skilled Kenjutsu User Therefore This Is Second Nature To Her,
She States That It Take's Alot Off Chakra To Use So She's Gave A Flaw To THe Blade Something I Havent Seen On Most Other Weapon's

If it's B-Ranked, her application doesn't list large chakra pools, it'll drain her chakra.
