Kekkei Genkai: Tetsugan (Iron Mistake Eye )



This kekkai genkai in turn also allows the user the
ability to control and direct the manifestation as well as creation of raiton
based chakra generated by the user’s body or from nature itself.


At 3 gyou ( lines ) within the persons eye the user
is granted the ability to manifest ration chakra created from within the user’s
body into weapons such as swords and bladed weapons as well as shields
and whips. (Gennin or above)


At 5 gyou ( lines ) within the persons eye the user
is granted the ability to control weather patterns through manipulation of the
ration chakra within the air around them and within the sky itself using the
sun or light as the available power source. This in turn can allow the user to
create lightning clouds that’s the user may draw ration chakra from. (Chunnin or above)


10 Gyou ( lines ) the eyes final form changes the
physical appearance of the eye itself. The users 10 lines combine and fade into
a single dense ring around the middle of the eye. The pupil is no longer
present only this black ring within a pallet backdrop of gold. The eye is now
capable of allowing the user to condense all of the ration around them and
within them into a massive form of ration chakra nature and chakra resembling a
massive energy warrior like demon. (Jounin or above)

Taijutsu:


Raitetsuken( Thunder Mistake Fist ) C-S class: A
style of fighting created by the 8^th clan leader. This style works
through the user creating a layer of ration chakra along their body and in turn
exploding it outward when their body makes contact with the object they wish to
cause damage to or deflect an attack from. When being seen their appears to be
a bright gold aura outlining the users body. This outward exertion not only
amplifies the damage they would normally deal with a regular blow but can also
stun an opponent’s muscles into entropy.




Ninjutsu:Raiton Tenkabuki no jutsu:
( Thunder style: Lighting weapon technique ) C-S class: This jutsu allows the
user to manifest raiton chakra from around them or within them into weapons
they can use. These weapons can range from whips to swords and depending upon
the user’s mastery of the raiton element can control their size as well. This is
the technique a genin within the clan is taught after being promoted.


Raiton Tenkagotai no jutsu: ( Thunder style: Thunder
limbs Technique) C class: This jutsu allows the user to manifest raiton chakra
from around or within the user into extra limbs across their body. Some of the
limbs that can be created are arms, legs, and wings. The size capability of the
limbs is determined by the user’s mastery of the raiton element. This is the
second technique taught to new genin within the clan after being promoted.


Raiton Chisokuchiyu no jutsu ( Thunder style:
Progressive Healing Technique) B Class: This jutsu allows the user to use
raiton chakra manipulation to speed the cellular regenerative process. This
works by the user grasping or touching the point on the body that needs healing
and allowing the raiton energy to heal the wounds. This jutsu is taught to the
clan’s members upon reaching the rank of chunin.


Raiton Soraryu no jutsu ( Thunder style: Sky dragon
Technique ) A class: This jutsu allows the user to manifest raiton from the sky
and strike downward towards an opponent in the form of a massive dragon shaped
blast of raiton. This dragon can be directed to follow a moving object or
opponent through the use of the clan’s kekkai genkai. This is the second technique
taught to all clansman who reach the rank of chunin.


Raiton Sutekichirei no jutsu: ( Thunder Style:
Static Scatter Technique ) S Class: This jutsu was created by the current 10th
clan head. This technique allows the user to use collected and condensed raiton
charka to fire a blast forth as a wave of chakra scattering raiton. This wave
will cause the chakra within a technique of C class or lower to completely
dissipate while an attack of B class to be slightly weakened.


Raiton Raijou Heki: ( Thunder Style: Thunder locking
Wall ) A Class: This technique creates a massive wall of raiton used to defend
the user and those around them from attacks. This wall is over 20 feet tall and
20 feet wide as well as 4 inches thick of pure raiton chakra that will stay up
for mere seconds to take the brunt of an attack and then dissipate.


Raiton Ranpuouja: ( Thunder Style: Light King ) S
Class: The Ultimate jutsu a clan member may master. This technique through the
use of the user’s mastered Raiton abilities manipulates the raiton within
themselves and nature to form a massive warrior made of raiton nature chakra
and the user’s chakra. This warrior has twin matching katana and has the face
of a demon with a single horn. This form will completely envelope the user and
ranges in size from just over 20 to as large as 50 feet high depending on the
strength of the user. A requirement for this jutsu’s acquisition is the
attainment of the Tetsugan’s final form. When this jutsu dissipates the
user will be left with no chakra. ( 10 post limit )



History: If the name of the clan’s famous doujutsu did not give the
origins of this clan away then nothing else will. The clans originator was indeed
a mistake. He was born out of wedlock into this world as the son of male Uchiha
and a Kumo kunoichi. This child was born cursed being unable to utilize the
Sharingan due to his mothers’ strange kekkai genkai. The outcome of the boy’s
struggle to reach a point of acceptance is what gave birth to this clan as well
as each clan members unwillingness to budge.





The boy’s mother knowing her
clan would kill the boy for being a mix blood was brought to konoha to be
raised as if he was an Uchiha. There, he was raised by a member of the Uchiha
clan. However, the boys life was sad indeed as he was unable to activate his
sharingan and was caste out as a failure by the other members of the clan. The
boy was angered by this and trained intensely, studying the old texts and
legends of the sage of the six paths.





After 10 years of intense study
he went forth and feeling that he had an affinity for ration went to learn of
the ration chakra nature’s origins. The jutsu’s he created and the many things
he discovered along the way are what gave birth to the clan’s kekkai genkai and
where the means for him to overcome his curse.
