Kekkei Genkai: Dragon Slayer - In legend it states that before man had discovered the secrets to ninjutsu that there were many Demi-Dragons(Half Human Half Dragon) in the nations that used a style of fighting known only to they're race, it was used to protect them from humans and other dangers as they were near extinction. Though some dragons who were treated kindly by some humans took some of them in as students, some would even come across children and adopt them. Some humans were taught the ways of the dragon slayer in the legend, many different styles spanned across the nations in a select few who were trained. Soon the two races, Demi-Dragons and Humans mixed and they're offspring could use a weaker version over the years it only grew weaker to what it is right now, which leads some to wonder just how strong the Dragon Slayer clan was in its prime!

Today's Dragon slayers are hard to come by, and when people who do meet them, they usually haven't heard of them. They are able to take on some appearance of they're element such as with fire, the Dragon-Slayer's clothes will take a flaming appearance. Some don't change appearance at all such as the Poison dragon-slayer ( Aside from the scales that most get ). The Ice dragon slayer will have a cold aura about them and water nearby them turns to ice, Air dragon slayers have almost no appearance changes, but they are as light as a feather. Lightning dragon slayers usually are fast and energetic.
Iron dragon slayers have hardened skin and stronger physical attacks.

In addition to these physical changes, they're organs are somewhat different, the lungs are much larger then normal humans which can be used to breathe underwater longer or to other things such as shouting really loudly.

Secret Clan Jutsu:

Fire Dragon Slayer: The fire dragon slayer is born with fire running through they're veins. They are able to produce flames from anywhere on they're body as long as they have chakra to do so. They can breath fire and can eat fire to heal some of they're wounds, though they cannot eat they're own flames, or fires that they started.

Iron Dragon Slayer: The Iron dragon slayer have a stronger body and can withstand alot of abuse without bleeding, they can grow sharp claws with they're fingers and can transform they're body parts into weapons such as swords or axes. They can eat forms of metal to heal themselves.

Air Dragon Slayer: The air dragon Slayer have the ability to heal people, and use wind jutsu. They can eat wind jutsu to heal, though not they're own. They can jump extremely high as they are so light, but they are not very physically strong.

Poison Dragon Slayer: The poison dragon slayer have the ability to bite people and inject poison into them, they're blood is the cure to the poison. They also have very great hearing and can sometimes even hear peoples thoughts if they're close enough just by the small hums they give off.

Ice Dragon Slayer: The Ice dragon slayer have the ability to form ice on command and transform water nearby them into ice if they put enough chakra into they're aura they can freeze something almost in an instant. They can make weapons out of ice or freeze peoples body parts and shatter the ice to damage the arm. They eat ice or snow to heal themselves but not they're own.

Lightning Dragon Slayer: The lightning dragon slayer have the ability to channel lightning chakra through things they touch and can even 'accelerate' they're speed, from up close it looks like they are moving much faster then they actually are. Though if someone views it from far away it looks normal, the trick to they're attack is the illusion that they are fast. They can eat lightning to heal, not theyre own.



History: Through the many decades that the Dragneel clan has been around, they have never considered eachother family or a clan, though the elders say differently. The newer members of the clan are usually enemies of those that don't share the same type of Dragon slayer abilities as they. Legend states that they began so long ago before ninjutsu was discovered in man. They have progressed through the Years in old known as Demi-Dragons, they eventually came up with a name for themselves and proclaimed the Demi-Dragons as the Dragneel family. They have lost much of they're power through time with unpure Dragneel genes, which leads to wonder on how strong they were originally. The strange thing about the members of the clan as that they have expanded life spans able to live to be four times older then the average human which is about 80. Depending on they're life style by the time they reach 80 they will look like teenagers. Though it seems the clan is dying out, they are becoming more scarce and hard to find around the world, many of them aren't even shinobi anymore, the fiery dragon fury that runs through they're veins is dying out. Many dragneel that are still known are usually ninja for hire who work for any village that will pay them. They're known as a Merc clan and are usually hired for missions that are used against villages that use a certain element. Not much else is known about them other then legends of them being part dragon, but none of it is 'confirmed' and everyone believes it to be a myth. Today there exists a shrine in the Iron Country in the middle of the continent that holds five mementos of the most well known Dragons to the clan, it is a land of peace and is to never be desecrated.
