Description: Minato Juki tossed in the air with a seal. This takes the enemy's eyes on it and Minato yells Release and a blinding flare explodes blinding the enemy. Very useful to use so you can follow up with an attack while the enemy is heavily blinded

RP Sample:
The young Juki watched the genin infront of him carefully and knew he had him tired after dodging around his moves and it was time for Minato to counter-attack the weakened enemy. He tossed the kunai with a seal on it in the air and as expected the enemy genin followed it with its'eyes while Minato held a handseal while looking at the ground with closed eyes and said:
"Kai" the kunai was suddenly enveloped into blinding light while Minato heard the damage it had done to the eyes of the enemy. The young boy had like twenty seconds till the enemy got himself his vision back.
The Juki did not hesitate and using his specialty - speed he was already infront of the other genin and while his fist was heated up beforehand and due to the accelaration it was now in flames (This is the flaming projectile jutsu) he slammed it into the chest of the genin causing great burns on his chest and immense pain that would trigger the brain to fell unconsciouss usually.
