The Haruno clan is a clan derived from ancient nobles, there abilities revolve around the creation, destruction and use of the gelel stone. This in turn allows them to use gelel energy as they would their own chakra, thus granting those within the clan the chakra pool to do so ... allowing greater chakra and chakra control compared to the normal ninja. The book of galel, which is now in Raiden's father's possession holds the galel stone's jutsu information. Two of these pages were givin to Raiden with a direct order to deliver them to the hokage, one describing how to use the galel stone's transformations and the other describing how to use the gelel stone's black hole Jutsu.

History: While little is known about it, besides the fact that it is said to be
war-torn, is that its inhabitants and aesthetics insist that it is
based off of post-medieval Europe. Raiden and his family came from this continent where the Stone of Gelel was known, although extremely esoterically, because a clan once migrated there after being decimated on Raiden's family's continent.Raidens family encountered the remnants of this clan who are traveling in a caravan, who claim to be nomadic peoples while on there way to the village hidden in the leaf
