Description:Zero gathers chakra up in his arm.He will then materialize it,giving it the look of a pillar of fire spiraled around his arm.An orb of fire forming in the palm,the fire then quickly takes the form a dragon then moves down to circle the orb.Then upon striking the foe,it causes a small explosion on the part of the body struck,then the dragon striking almost imideately after.Making the imprent of a dragon the part of the body struck with an orb in the middle from fire sphere's attack.Can only be used twice in battle,more if trained with it enough to build up tolerance to the heat,and the chakra consumption.

Sample: Ryuu was walking the streets one day.Like he normally did,but today was a bad day to be him.He then found himself jumped by someone he apparently owe'd money too.The man took out a knife,pointed it at ryuu.Ryuu laughed under his breath.Before the man could do anything,he found himself face to face with kid with a pillar of fire spiraling his arm.A sphere of flames in his palm.The pillar then quickly turned into a dragon shape.It then quickly traveled to the shpere in his palm.He then quickly struck him with his jutsu.He said to himself."Ryuujinsuto."The man was then blown through a wall with third degree burns on his chest and blood spilling from parts of the dragon and the sphere.Ryuu then whistled as he wlaked away.
