Appearance: Waltz carries the appearance of a young man in his early twenties or late teens, he shrouds himself in mystery as he doesn't like others knowing what he looks like, the only people he show's his face to, are those that he truly trusts.His face is very sharp looking and dashing as some may call him, he has a tattoo over the right eye, his eyes are a dark purple color. He stands at about 6'0" and weighs in at about 146 Lbs. He wears a large scarf around the lower half of his face,it has a woodland camo color, on the top half of his head he wears his headband like a bandanna over the top of his head covering his blue hair. The only thing visible of his face is his eyes. he wears a large cloak over his shoulders, its tied together with a knotted string. He has a large belt going diagonal across his torso that holds up the six staff's he carries on his back. He wears bandages or tape over all his limbs and wears a jumpsuit that has large leggings to protect his thighs, his torso is covered by a black and red or sometimes blue depending on his outfit tight fitting upper piece.

Personality: Waltz is a very idealistic person who has always wanted one thing in this world ever since he was a child, he's wanted to see the world burn, Ironic though that his jutsu element is Ice due to the fact he was born as an Ice Dragon slayer. Though ever since he can remember he has hated the world for what it is, and he either is going to change it, or destroy it, he doesn't plan to die before he doe's. Aside from the cold hearted persona he has when he is alone, he can be quite agreeable with others when he is acting, he is a very good actor and can even create a double of himself that can have a fourth of his power or three fourths of it, it passes all knowledge onto Waltz in real time so Waltz can know what is going on, he has his 'clone' injected into an organization so he can learn about them while he prepares plans to destroy them, he doesn't want a counter power working for the same goal, he want's achieve it as the leader. He thinks himself to be above anyone Else's needs and puts what he wants first. He believes himself to be the Ultimate Dragon Slayer and belittles any others he may meet.

Description:Waltz uses this jutsu to infiltrate areas under an alias, though the clone shares the same characteristics he's able to control it's actions to a degree, it relays info back to Waltz in real time so he can keep tabs on it constantly, though he only gets audio, no visuals so there is a flaw to this jutsu, he will never know what he is seeing physically, though he can hear it. The clone will live as a normal human doe's, when it die's it will bleed like a human.

Description: Waltz uses the five Dragneel staffs and plants them in the ground, this begins the preperation of the genjutsu, as a seal appears underneath the Staffs it begins to glow and forces anything above it hair,clothing ect to flair up. The same seal appears under the enemy which then begins the genjutsu. The seal turns into a great beam of light and seems to project them many meters up into the air and makes it look as though anything nearby gets destroyed, the genjutsu then beams into the heavens and makes a crack in the sky which then has a large demon appear from it ripping the sky apart.The sky demon then proceeds to eat the seemingly helpless victim as they are trapped in the beam of light, from there the dragon chews on them making them feel like they're dieing on the inside. It's to put much mental stress on the target and hopefully put them into a short comatose state. The jutsu has many draw backs though, it takes too much chakra for comfort and puts alot of fatigue on the user, they will probably have to be on bedrest for a short while until they get more used to the strain it puts on they're body.
RP Sample: Waltz had finally reached his boiling point in this fight, he had enough of the mans tricks and would deal with him right now using the Dragon Slayer genjutsu. He grabbed the staffs that had fallen onto the battlefield from the intense hand to hand combat that had ensued just some time ago. He panted as he knew this would be the last jutsu he could use in this fight, he had to hope it would work on him or he would have to rely on his team mate to finish the man for him. Waltz was letting his pride get to him so he went and used the jutsu, stabbing the five staffs into the ground, he made handseals for show to make it seem more like a ninjutsu. A glowing aura appeared around him as seals appeared out from underneath him, he tore his scarf off and took a deep breath. "I've had enough of you!" he shouted as the beam appeared from under his enemey and sent him flying up high, trapped in the beam. The genjutsu was working so far, soon a crack in the sky appeared as the beam pierced the heavens, and a ear shattering noise could be heard as the sky was torn apart by a giant set of claws. A dragon had torn the sky apart and was coming straight for the victim, it swallowed him whole as the man was left defenseless in the light. This was surely the end of the battle..hopefully. Waltz thought as he passed out, unable to witness the results of the jutsu.

Appearance: The staff is long golden brown color with a fin shaped end that is a light blue color it is about 7 feet long. It is made a very tough material with a steel base and the outside is wood.

History & Roleplay Sample
History:
Birth Arc: Waltz was born very long ago into the clan of Dragon Slayers, more commonly known as the Dragneel in todays times. They were a very active clan back when he was just born, which contrasts in the way they are now. He was born in the northern half of the Leaf village close to the valley of the end, where two men had fought in a very epic battle sometime ago. His family were shinobi who used ice ninjutsu in any shape or form they had pleased, they were able to make the place cold like they had liked it, due to the ice dragneel blood they carried, they preferred colder environments. After many years Waltz grew until he was about the normal size of a 6 year old, the family made a decision to move closer to the village so Waltz could get a good ninja education, more then what they would have time to teach him at home.
Academy Arc: When Waltz first arrived at the academy at the age of thirty he was much shorter then the rest, it was due to the fact that he was part of the Dragneel bloodline, they aged slower, but when they reached the prime of they're lives they would stay at that height and similar body composure for many many years(Waltz currently looks like a 5 year old). During his days in the academy he saw the dark sides in people that he did not see in his parents, he saw what some people were just like, they had a dark side. Waltz confused at why he was teased so much when he was the same age as the rest of them, froze his classmates mouths to keep them quiet. He found it amusing even when they started panicking and could not breath properly, he was scolded by his teachers constantly to not do it, though he usually did anyway, he found it more entertaining then the shows that would go in in the theater. When his years in the academy came to a close he wasn't very skilled, he may have kept on par with the rest of them but he wasn't in standards of the dragon slayers before him at this age, perhaps it was the fading bloodline that ran through they're veins, each generation getting weaker then the last. On the day he became a genin he was scolded by his parents for not being strong.
Genin Arc: Waltz was put on a team whos sensei wore the armor of the samurai in olden times, he looked like some hero from a story book or something, Waltz' faith in people was restored for a short time due to this man, he became kinder to others and more respectful. They're team worked well together, on numerous missions they would have they're fair share of blunders but still came out victorious in the end. Waltz felt like he could trust this team of his, though he still had his doubts deep down at the bottom of his heart that kept him from opening up to the others. One day his sensei confronted him about his hidden jutsu, the Ice Dragon Slayer technique, his sensei had told him that he read in old manuscripts legends about these 'Demi-Dragons' who passed down they're blood through humans and then caused strange jutsu to appear, they were to have taught man some jutsu after the six path sage had done so. Waltz hadn't known of anything like that, his sensei was just curious though as he continued to tell him that he noticed Waltz' style of fighting was similar to that in the manuscript he showed him. Waltz confused by this asked if he could hold on to it showed it to his parents who then told Waltz the truth of his identity, Waltz was in some shock to find out he was part dragon. He always wondered why he was different from the others, and now he knew. From that day on, a little switch in the back of Waltz' brain switched on, he had a now even more hateful distaste in humans as he grew older over the years. He began neglecting his training and such and began studying the clan, soon finding out that there was a hidden message in the manuscript about the Dragneel, it was every few letters in a word, there was a little tick mark near the letter that gave it away. It spoke of five sealed staffs in a temple in a country known as the Land of Iron, Waltz kept this secret to himself and decided he would one day check it out to see if what he deciphered was right or not.
When the chuunin exams rolled around, he was more lacking in the powerhouse department then his two team mates as he neglected to train with them very often. He was a failure when it came to the written exam, he may have studied alot but it was nothing about the questions they were asking him, math and such, something he never really incorporated into justu until just then, he had a breakthrough with this idea, it gave new light to his jutsu plots and well they would work together now in conjunction with other jutsu. He failed the test aside from the one question he actually had worked on. The next phase was more his style, he was allowed to hurt anyone who got in his way of making it to that tower with the two scrolls. His team was prepared and signed the sheets stating the village wasn't responsible if they had died. He hadn't planned on dying, he had so much he wanted to do. His team rushed the exam pretty quickly and began to look for other teams recklessly, they had come across another team of ninja who were much more skilled then them in anyway. Waltz was only able to take out one of them by freezing them to a tree suffocating them. Luckily another Konoha team came to they're aid, they were the nicer group in the village, they then left them after making sure they were alright. Waltz noticed something as they left, they had the scroll they needed. Waltz told his team he would go look for some food as it was getting dark pretty quickly and they would need some over night. He went in search of that team and soon came across them by chance. He approached them and said that he was just barely able to get away from another shinobi team, he used they're own pity against them. As they walked over to him foolishly he used his ice jutsu to freeze them all in a case of ice. After laughing about it he went back to his team and they headed back in the direction of the tower with no troubles on the way there. The next part of the exam was simple, a head on head fight. The opponent that Waltz was put against was unlucky, he was a water ninjutsu user. Waltz was able to parry all his attacks and soon trapped him in his own jutsu by freezing it around him. His fight was quickly declared a victory, soon after the other fights the chuunin exams had come to a close. Waltz was promoted to Chuunin.
Chuunin Arc: As a chuunin Waltz gained more responsibilities or more annoyances to him, he would blow off his duties and train on his own. He was becoming more and more into his research on the Dragneel family and what exactly they were and what they could be capable of. He soon began making his own types of jutsu that he could use to still do his missions but also research. The resulting jutsu was his advanced clone jutsu, it allowed him to go very far distances and still do his research, it carried half his strength so he could still carry out small jobs as a chuunin, it seemed to the village like he was a machine, nobody knew he was actually locked away in his room while his clone did work nonstop, this was quickly getting him noticed in the village as the clone gained strength for the both of them, but it had a downside; It was making him focus less and less on the research as his missions became more stressing, he still had to control the clone to some point while trying to think properly. Eventually he found what he was looking for, the exact location and exactly what was in the place he sought. He canceled the clone jutsu and felt his power rush back into him, the clone really did some work for him. He took on a very challenging mission that held the Villages peace at stake, it was him and many other chuunin and jounin. He proved himself on this mission enough to become a jounin, the hokage personally appointed him to become a new body guard jounin for him.
Jounin Arc: His first assignment was one of great importance to the village, it was time for the five great villages to have they're annual meeting in the Land of Iron, Waltz' ideas began springing to the surface of his thoughts, he would finally get to see what it is in that temple. On the way there they had stopped at the temple under request by Waltz, the hokage noticing how much time they had to get there agreed, Waltz quickly entered the temple, finding many monks humming a hymn in front of Five Staffs, this is what he had read about, they all looked similar to other Dragneel members with their appearances. Waltz felt his tension rise as he got closer to the monks, he could almost feel the aura from the staffs. When he got too close a monk stopped him from touching them, telling him he must never touch them or it is treason to the clan. Waltz in a blind rage gripped the mans face and used his freeze technique to inable him. He quickly took the staffs from they're holding places and held them in his hands, others quickly made a crowd around them, he in a quick thought remembered what the staff's could do. His hokage quickly was at the front of the crowd, as old as he was he was losing his touch when it came to fighting, so he decided he would talk to Waltz first. Waltz explained that in a manuscript he found that these staff's held great power and then lied saying he wanted to use them to help the leaf village. The Hokage nodded at the story but then shook his head, he told him it was not for him to take, nor the Leaf village. Angered that this little lie didn't help Waltz stabbed the staffs into the ground and said he would make them listen to him. He channeled his chakra quickly before the Hokage could stop him, soon a bright light engulfed the temple and the temple exploded and pieces were brought to the sky. He called the Hokage a foolish man to try and stop this kind of power from helping the leaf village, but this was it for him as a leaf shinobi, he attacked the Hokage in cold blood. The genjutsu then ripped the sky open and the dragon came forth to eat all of the people even the hokage. With the hokage in the weakened state he couldn't help but get knocked out by the jutsu, so was everyone else caught in it. Waltz was completely fatigued after the jutsu, but he had to escape or the hokage would wake up before he would, then it would be the end of Waltz. He slowly got away from there and rested in a shack that was at the bottom of the mountain a few miles away. The Hokage was surely awake by now, he was no push over no matter how old he was, he rested in the shack for a while until he got most of his strength back, he wrote up a sealing jutsu on his wrist and sealed the staff into the seal so he could summon them at any given time. After some more rest he made his advanced clone leave the shack with fake staff's strapped to his back. He made it go apologize to the hokage who would be at the summit by now. The hokage said what he did was unforgivable and said he would be executed when they returned to the leaf village. Waltz felt his plan coming to fruition as he heard that, soon they would think he was dead after the clone is killed. Though on the way back to the village the hokage who was carrying Waltz over his shoulder was ambushed by two men in cloaks embroidered with red clouds attacked the Hokage who was already weakened from the genjutsu. They had killed him quickly, they found out somehow that Waltz had something they wanted, they must have asked the monks back at the temple who took the Staffs. They questioned the clone who was hesitant to answer, he heard about these guys, they were the Akatsuki or something like that, a group that had founded about 50 years ago when Waltz was a genin. They knew somethings about the Dragneel blood apparently as they told him he was coming with them, they then took him over they're shoulder and guided him back to some cave.
Akatsuki/Leaf Council Arc: When Waltz was brought to the cave he was then confronted by some strange looking people in even more cloaks, they said that they would grant him one wish if he complied to helping them capture some beasts, he agreed at first, but then realized soon that they wanted to rule the world. Something that he wanted to do! He wouldn't have it, he kept the clone a part of the organization but he was only gathering information while he prepared himself a way to take out the group.~ Waltz took back the body of the hokage to the leaf village, he acted as though he was a victim in the attack on the akatsuki, he was the reason for the Hokage's downfall and the akatuski finished him off, he would use this to influence the Leaf against the Akatsuki, nobody knew of what Waltz had done, and now the only liability was silenced. When he arrived back to the Village he showed the council his body, they confirmed he was dead. Waltz lied to the council about what had happened, he told them that he and the Hokage were having a conversation about how Waltz should be put on the council. The council took the body and planned the funeral, then the other council members discussed this council position for Waltz, they were hesitant with him but they had no reason to deny his claims of what the Hokage wanted, his word against there's; plus they were enraged by the Akatsuki and he knew more about them then anyone else right now. They placed him in the Council, he now had an influence in the Strongest village and the strongest Organization. After many years of the other Akatsuki members Dying out, he has become the Leader.
Roleplay Sample:It was dusk and the sun was just hitting the horizon on the scene of this battle between two rivals that would determine the events for the rest of they're lives. It was Zero and his best friend and his ultimate rival Shisu over supremacy of they're team. Zero was the first to make a move as he hurriedly activated his sharingan abilities. He ran towards Shisu to side sweep him with a swift kick to the rib cage. Either way if it were to fail he planted his hand on the ground below himself and pushed off making some distance between them. And as he landed on his feet from the push some dust was put into the air. "Let's Do This" he said quietly.
