| Name: Konjou Kekkei Genkai:Only someone born of the blood may actually inherit the true limits, though there are certain abilities anybody of the clan may possess. This is because one has to actually be the chosen individual to access the traits and abilities of the guardian spirit, often possessing unique jutsu that also can't be reenacted unless modified so that someone without the guardian spirit may use it in a lesser form (usually two ranks weaker than the original, assuming they can find a way to utilize some of them). How one comes to possess a guardian spirit involves their very character, often holding a trait to that specific guardian or experiencing a negative/positive aspect of humanity pertaining to that guardian. Each guardian has its own preferred fighting style alongside element, though some of them are a bit "special" in concerns to their element of choice. Once they've inherited a guardian, the clan member will drop whatever style they were going to follow the path of their guardian spirit instead if it's not already the path of fighting they've chosen. Harmony isn't born immediately as there is an adjustment period as the inheritor becomes accustomed to the view points of their guardian, both the negative and positive, if they're initially in conflict. In these times they can be more aggressive, even towards their own clan members, but tend to be genuinely regretful of it after the matter. Because of the bond, however, and gaining the spirit's own energies, their life spans are generally expanded to at least twice that of the average human, though not impossible to be three or four times if the person can manage to go that long without being killed. When a spirit initially approaches someone worthy of receiving their powers, they are forewarned (usually) of their responsibilities of owning a spirit. The first thing they know – though usually not a problem – is their first loyalty goes to the clan, and secondary their loyalty goes towards the clan leader's country/village as the clan's loyalty is the spirit's loyalty. This means that the spirit holders don't tend to harm clansmen nor shinobi of the clan leaders country/village without them being a traitor, in which case the spirit holder will feel a near obligation to deal with them. The second penalty of bonding with one of the spirits is the promise in the afterlife: upon death their soul is then absorbed into the Ancestral Spirit as a means to keep it strong, and potentially growing . Through this way their promise to protect the clan is taken rather seriously, since they don't receive rest even in the after-life, spirit unable to go anywhere than into the mass that is the Ancestral Spirit. There's no promise of release until the spirits are no longer needed, though means there's no reviving a clan member either. As the Ancestral Spirits have specific element affinities, anybody that gains one of the Ancestral Spirits may only have two elements (unless specified differently), and the second one may only be gained after reaching A-S rank. As the Ancestral Spirits have specific element affinities, anybody that gains one of the Ancestral Spirits may only have two elements (unless specified differently, not counting combination/special elements), and the second one may only be gained after reaching S rank Due to their affinity with having to deal with such spirits and their chakra, Konjou's are naturally masters at chakra control. Not only are the Konjou connected spiritually to their own spirits, but the greatest of the konjou are seemingly connected to all being outside and inside the spiritual plane. Depending on the rank of the Konjou, even summons of another up to a rank lower than the Konjou will refuse to fight a Konjou if attemtped. (A-S Rank) Secret Clan Jutsu:Bloodline Limits: - Spoiler:
Name: Forbidden Adept Requirements: Must give up a certain style of jutsu Description: Those in the Konjou clan are very observant and quick to catch on, excelling in anything they choose to focus on. On occasion those with the Ancestral Spirits become truly exceptional and desire more stimulation for learning and to broaden their horizons. They will forgo certain studies in order to gain this knowledge/stimulation without dwelling on the possibilities they're missing. Through this intensive course and work load they come to have a higher understanding in a style they previously didn't have a point in. At S-rank the Konjou member regains their chosen lost style. (All basics may still be learned regardless of style given up.) Given up: (Fuuinjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Ijutsu or Genjutsu)
Name: Clustered Soul Requirement: An Ancestral Spirit Description: Each of the Ancestral Spirits are comprised of a cluster of souls from members of the Konjou family, called upon by the family for the sake of protection many years ago. Though each spirit possesses unique traits and access to abilities the higher the connection between them and the one they've decided worthy, they also provide a sort of spiritual enhancement. This amounts to the spirit, and by consequence, the owner of the spirit to sense other souls within a 100ft of their body. It does rely somewhat on the strength, so if one is lower on chakra or energy, then their presence will be felt less, but the larger the cluster of souls the stronger the sense, and thus it also acts as a device to find each other when lost in dark, creepy mansions and the like. Horror movie cliches beware. Sometimes it can be annoying in cases of villages, so the sense can be set to a lower standard so they're not battered by all the present souls in a village, but able to be set to high alert in cases of missions.
The Ancestral Spirits - Only one person can have a guardian spirit at a time, nor may someone have more than one at a time. {With the exception of certain events, and the clan leader}
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Gisune Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Gisune, a fighting style to be either Taijutsu or Ninjutsu major, rather than taking a normal element at creation the user's element becomes "Yamiton/Darkness." Description: The inheritor of Gisune is far from shy, and on some occasions can be manipulative. Least likely to go into a killing rage, this line gained its title from the sheer concentration and devotion they hold towards killing those that have crossed a line of the beholder. Further, they have often been the most shadow loving of them all and are capable of learning jutsu that involve a "darkness" element or property to them (custom jutsu). Because of their chosen way of fighting they tend to lean towards Ninjutsu or Taijutsu over any other style. When the owner of this limit chooses Ninjutsu to major in, they receive 50% more chakra, and 100% more when they choose to specialize. When the owner of this limit chooses Taijutsu to major in, they receive a natural 50% strength increase, and 100% when they choose to specialize. The owner lastly receives a natural 50% increase in over all flexibility because of the complicated movements carried out in their way of fighting.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Nyei Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Nyei, fighting style is changed to Genjutsu major and Ninjutsu minor, beginning element is Raiton. Description: The inheritor if Nyei is often a jokester type person, using their natural talents to fool the body in a variety of ways for amusement or for their work. Their specialty involves tricking the senses through electrical impulses, and on occasion has been known to fool others into believing them users of Ijutsu style techniques because they can fool someone into believing they're healed whether they're bleeding massively or not. The holder of this ability is able to cast strong Genjutsu by specifically touching their opponent, making non-touched base Genjutsu act as if it were two ranks higher than it is, and normal touch-based Genjutsu act one rank higher (S being the natural limit). Custom made Genjutsu for Nyei automatically require touching and don't receive the bonus in rank as they were made specifically for Nyei.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Cryta Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Cryta, Ijutsu major or higher, can't use Taijutsu effeciently, may take “Hikariton/Light” as their beginning element Description: The inheritor of Cryta is caring, whether they show it or not, and mostly abhors fighting so they choose to become a healer and learn defensive tactics. The holder will have a strong hold on healing properties, able to learn Ijutsu techniques in half the time most require. Because they dislike fighting, they can't learn Taijutsu beyond C-rank, however, they can learn any custom Fuuinjutsu techniques specifically created for Cryta as though they were a major, and any other Fuuinjutsu (canon/custom) as though they were a minor in that style.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Noigah Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Noigah, Fuuton element Description: The inheritor of Noigah can come off as rather lackadaisical or lazy because they're "bored when they already know what's going to happen." The explanation behind their ability to predict someone's next action to some extent is because of their sensitivity to wind currents, feeling sometimes even the lightest of shifts and knowing it to be a signal of a smack to come for their insolence. Similar to a bat's echolocation, the shift touches their skin, alerting them of the movement, and thus gives way to their apparent ability to predict one's next move - though they won't necessarily be able to react in time even when they do know. This only works to some extent since they're stuck within a 200 foot range of their being, as well as the fact that if the person is using hand signs then all they'll know is that there is movement - in other words they know you're doing something, they just don't know the exact hand signs nor what or the kind of jutsu is about to be implemented {Until S-rank, where their ability to predict heightens}, although wind type jutsu are likelier to give away what they are to the Noigah carrier than any other element since its their special affinity.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Yeci Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Yeci, Ninjutsu specialist Description: The inheritor of Yeci may sometimes have two sides to their personality if not actually having an alternate personality altogether. They are one of the only ones capable of wielding three elements as they begin with Hyouton, but are capable of using both wind and water by C rank, usually capable of using at least one of those in addition to Hyouton and gaining the last one after gaining C rank. Despite their often-scheming ways they detest using illusions to complete their plans because that would insult their wit and intelligence, and so don't/can't/won't learn Genjutsu, and don't learn higher than C-rank Taijutsu. Their affinity for the elemental has granted them an increase of 30% more chakra when using Ninjutsu only.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Gydaijiny Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Gydaijiny, Suiton element Description: The inheritor of the Ancestral Spirit of Gydaijiny is a very friendly and open person, but quick to play coy at the right opportunities. A good part of the time they do fall into vanity, using their looks to their advantage while trying to keep their ego in check. Part of what makes the owner of Gydaijiny a problematic vixen is her ability to move about with hardly a sound, graceful in her movements and sharing this with whoever inherits her. The water controlled by the owner of this limit has a certain "life" quality and allows them to be able to learn Mokuton jutsu (custom made for Gydaijiny) at D rank, most of it providing effects from the variety of fauna able to be spawned since they're not a "run in with guns blazing" type of person. If the person takes Doton as their second element then any Mokuton they use costs 50% less chakra to use.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Caagan Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Caagan, Doton element, at least Taijutsu minor Description: The inheritor of the Ancestral Spirit Caagan is one of the more serious and standoffish, though not any less willing to help out fellow clansmen. More often than naught the owner of Caagan prefers physical fighting, having a higher offense and defense, and quite literally has an affinity with earth to the point they gain special control over it. They gain the power to manipulate sand they can summon to the battlefield, training in private for years to even achieve a moderate harmony in their style of fighting. When learning a jutsu with a sand component they can learn it as though they were a rank higher. Are unable to learn jutsu outside of what they have style points in above C, excluding the basics.
Name: Ancestral Spirit: Tyng Requirements: Owner of the Ancestral Spirit Tyng, Katon element Description: The inheritor of the Ancestral Spirit Tyng is an honor bound person, sometimes serious or amiable, but is someone who tends to play fair. They will come across as someone who prefers to go it alone, and still cooperate well in a team environment while occasionally throwing someone off because of it. This is the extent to which they break the cliché "hothead" image of fire users and those especially affiliated with the element. To control the flame it is better to keep a cool and level head rather than fly off the handle, and like the legendary fire bird, the owner of Tyng has gained a high level of control over it. The owner of this limit is capable of learning fire based jutsu as though they were a rank higher, and are capable of adding a fire element to any Taijutsu or Genjutsu they learn (with Taijutsu their attacking limb will feel as though its been heated, able to cause a first degree burn upon touching, and in Genjutsu cases the opponent may feel as though they are being burned in the jutsu. Example: if the opponent has the cupcake Genjutsu used on them, then rather than just thinking they're a cupcake they might feel like they're a cupcake inside an oven).
Stages of the Ancestors' Powers: - Spoiler:
Name: Way of the Guardian Requirements: C rank or higher, one of the Ancestral Spirit limits Description: Being granted access to some of the advantages of each spirit is only the beginning for a possessor of an Ancestral Spirit as they are merely "blessed" at that point. First one needs to achieve a mark of recognition in power before they can be considered for the power they will be granted, and then must come into contact with the spirit inhabiting them from within. It is only once they achieve the beast's mark of recognition that they may learn to access a new level to their gifts in times of need, gaining the form of "light." Each form is a little more tailored towards the specific spirit in concerns to the light pattern, but in each case the person has a series of symbols play over their body in relation to their main element with a concentration around the forearms, shins and feet, head, and a tail that extends from behind them that is capable of changing form for jutsu and fighting according to their style. While in this form they receive a mild 20% increase to their defenses and have a 30/70 chance of figuring out they're in a Genjutsu if they're in one. Those with a small black spot near each eye mark those that have achieved this form.
Gisune: black with red eyes, any Ninjutsu costs 20% less in this form except for darkness, which costs 50% less, however all other jutsu cost 20% more. Upon achieving this form the owner may take a canon element to widen their range of Ninjutsu.
Nyei: gold with blue eyes, any Genjutsu costs 30% less and is extended for one turn longer so long as no outside forces jar the opponent out of it. Unless already part of the Genjutsu description, if the user touches the opponent to cast and is successful, then it gains a shock value of a C-rank Ninjutsu at the cost of the chakra it would take to cast said jutsu but this won't cancel the Genjutsu placed at the same time.
Cryta: lavender with gold eyes, not really fit for fighting they gain an increase of defensive Fuuinjutsu capabilities. The light symbols and concentration areas are able to act like shields (concentrated areas being the feet, forearms/hands, head, and the tail extending behind them). They are able to deflect 30% more damage than the others at the cost of chakra equal to using a C-rank jutsu for each hit.
Noigah: light green with dark green eyes, their touch sensitivity has increased by 30% of what it already was, making damage more painful with the benefit of being able to react faster. With wind as their ally, they can use wind jutsu to propel around much faster and into the air, as their body becomes 100lbs lighter.
Yeci: white with light blue eyes, their main element costs them 50% less and Hyouton 20% less. Once they gain their final element there is only a 10% decrease in chakra needed. Any other jutsu out of Ninjutsu costs 20% more.
Gydaijiny: blue with white eyes, takes tremendous force for them to make a noise while moving about (although if you hit them it sounds about the same as hitting anybody else). Any C-rank and below jutsu no longer require hand signs (unless they already stated they don't), while B and up still do unless they explicitly state that they don't.
Caagan: tan with violet eyes, at the loss of 30% speed the owner gains a bonus of 20% strength and 30% defense with their sand. This is due in part because their skin will receive a fine layer coating of sand just going into this form, with it concentrating mostly around their forearms and legs, with a bit floating behind them into an easily malleable tail.
Tyng: red with fiery orange eyes, the level of their fire becomes far more intimidating as any fire-based jutsu become a rank stronger without an increase in chakra required to use it, and just being hit by their hands/forearms and legs/feet feels like being slapped by a hot iron. Any Genjutsu used have an increase in "temperature" too, so that the opponent might feel like they're in an oven or amidst the desert sun at high noon during any Genjutsu.
Name: Transcended Spirit Requirements: A-S rank, one of the Ancestral Spirit limits, Way of the Guardian Description: To ascend to the level of the spirits themselves requires the utmost unity between a Konjou clan member and their inherited guardian. Without it achieving this form is nigh impossible as the person becomes the spirit in sorts, harmonizing internally so that if they did hear the spirit's voice before, they won't any longer as the spirit has become a part of them. Filled with new energy, once they achieve this limit there is an increase in the owner's chakra stores by 50%, though it increases to 100% only when in this form as they access the spirit's energy and combine it with their chakra to increase their capabilities. Unlike the "light" form this is one encases the user's skin, changing them physically until they cancel the form, and is considered more their "dark" form. In most cases a wash of their element covers their skin, giving birth to elongated ears - all the better to hear you with, claws extending over their hands - all the better to catch you with, and a more physical and still malleable tail via jutsu - all the better to smack you with. Hearing is increased 50% and flexibility is increased by 50%, and they retain their bonuses as though they were in light form.
Gisune: Darkness now becomes instinctual as an element and power, no longer requiring hand signs to execute any jutsu containing it. The darkness that coats their skin is free to the owner's manipulation or for the use of jutsu, but can't extend more than 500yrds from them unless they're in a shadow, and up to 1000yrds at night time.
Nyei: With lightning now more at the ready, anytime they use a touch Genjutsu they can also send a shock to the opponent that is B-rank in power, but still only costs the same as a C-rank Ninjutsu.
Cryta: Any Ijutsu costs only half as much chakra as it once did, and may deflect 50% damage but now at the cost of using a D-rank jutsu.
Noigah: They now feel quite light, and experience an increase to flexibility to 50% rather than just 20%, as well as reflexes becoming 50% quicker.
Yeci: Upon entering this form they are capable of summoning a mild snowstorm in a 300ft diameter around them to boost any Hyouton jutsu they use as though it were a rank higher. Its possible to boost the snowstorm to a more severe one at the cost of a constant drain of chakra of 5%, but then any Hyouton is boosted two ranks. Only possible to uphold a stronger storm for four turns before the whole storm ceases for four turns {Unless by extended by other special means}
Gydaijiny: Jutsu of their element no longer require hand signs and instead are summoned at will for the same cost, while any other jutsu they use are capable of being summoned with one-handed seals.
Caagan: They are no longer slowed down for their same strength and defense increase as their ability to wield sand in this form is substantial, the bonuses instead doubled. Wielding the sand costs 20% less, but they are incapable of using anything besides Ninjutsu and Taijutsu in this form.
Tyng: Achieving such status with their flames, the owner now becomes empowered by the flames in such a way that if someone tries to use it against him they will instead heal him or he may absorb the flames for more chakra equal to the rank the jutsu was cast. Any old flame he can absorb to heal a few wounds however.
Clan Jutsus: - Spoiler:
(Mostly going to be custom made by whoever possesses the spirit. So long as they've received permission to have a certain Spirit then they automatically have permission to create jutsu for that one once they have an approved character. These are the basic level jutsus, but their power is dependant on their users ... for example 'Heated Touch' can cause A-rank damage coming from a A-S-Ranked Konjou)
Name: Family Lure Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: none Description: As the spirits are connected to one another it is possible for a possessor to send a distress signal through their Ancestor in the hopes that another will answer the call. May or may not work depending on the distance from any clansmen relative to the user (aka if someone is in one village they can't just speed over to another village to answer the call, just if they're in the Out lands or in the same village).
Name: Sand Upheaval Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D/A Kin Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Caagan Description: Though the original user trained often with sand as their main attribute and weapon, stealth was desirable so this technique was created so the stash could be brought to the field when necessary and dispelled at opportune times. The lower rank allows the user to summon enough sand to cover their body and still stand in a pile up to their waste, while the higher rank allows them to summon a mini-desert capable of creating an inch layer thick in a 50ft radius. Only the higher ranked version is kinjutsu.
Name: Wind Stir Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D/B Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Noigah Description: The user needs to stand still for it to work, as from their location they send out a few pulses of wind to get an idea of the surrounding area. The form of the area becomes known to them within a 25ft radius, and 50ft at the stronger version of the jutsu. Doesn't see through shrubbery or leaf clusters (or sand in a desert's case), but that could cause suspicion if they're not in a natural setting of some sort.
Name: Water of Life Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Gydaijiny Description: Something of a trap, the user will summon ground water to the surface to create a variety in sizes of puddles. They act as an alarm system so that when someone steps in one the user will know they are not alone and the general direction of that person. Named such since a dead body falling into a puddle doesn't alert the user.
Name: Seeing the Light Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Nyei Description: One of the more jokester type jutsu, the user taps some part of the opponent's face with their finger while channeling lightning. Briefly the opponent can't see out of their eyes, instead only seeing "a bright light" that looks a little too enticing. By brief it only lasts a post long and then the user can see normally again, but they might believe they"re dying until then due to cliché jokes of seeing the light before passing on.
Name: Frozen Tracks Type: Fuuinjutsu Rank: C Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Cryta Description: Sometimes a little time needs to be bought for a cure to be made to counteract poison, or for the poison to be extracted. This jutsu forces the poison's progression to decrease to some degree and slowly begins wearing off once cast. Weaker poisons take longer for it to wear off and can usually be cured, but stronger poisons - a rank above the user or more - tend to overcome it quicker and require the person be quick about extracting the poison.
Name: Mirror Cast Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Yeci Description: One of the closest ways the possessor of Yeci will come to using illusions in a fight. Water is summoned from underground and then frozen once it reaches the surface. Either the user or a clone will stand near the area and a mirror of them will rise up from the ice in reaction to the chakra source to create a mirror image of them. The clone or user can't be too far away from it or it won't sense the chakra to create the mirror image, but otherwise it creates a perfect spitting image, and a chain may be set up so that one mirror clone acts as a trigger to create another one. As the "clones" act more like reflections, even if they appear to be casting a jutsu or about to attack, they can't physically do so.
Name: Heated Touch Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Tyng Description: Channeling chakra into their hand, the user is able to heat up a kunai/shuriken/senbon needle. If it should touch the opponent it will cause a first-degree burn on contact - because its hot metal and hot metal burns. Jutsu can be upheld so long as chakra is poured into the weapon, and it cools off after two turns if thrown or the jutsu is canceled.
Name: Dark Scatter Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Ancestral Spirit Gisune, know what a kunai/shuriken/senbon needle looks like Description: A simple enough jutsu, the user replicates one of the basic ninja weapons through the combination of a few hand signs and releasing chakra into their shadow. Makes five that they can then send flying towards their opponent and actually stab/damage if they hit. Bonus is if its nighttime and there's more shadows/darkness to pull from, then they can make eight at once to throw. History:The Konjou clan predates the birth date of the village, once a wandering tribe who held the various parts of nature as gods, and believed heavily in the continuation of ancestors' spirits. Whenever times became harsh they'd call upon the spirits of departed family to bring good luck upon the clan and rebirth the land so they may continue to live. As villages began appearing across the countries, the outbreak of attacks by ninja from other nations became a growing concern. Stories were soon told of a "clan" who could call upon spirits for great prosperity, and soon they found themselves targeted multiple times by the other nations in case they decided to grant their power to another. Many attacks occurred without prediction and their tribe saw a steady decrease as each time they were attacked, they lost more of their people, possessions, and eventually, the will to live was waning without the proper capabilities to protect themselves. Times becoming more and more troubled with the need to fight, they needed abilities to match up to those who attacked them: they sought the aid of their ancestors again. Chanting and praying, a ceremony that lasted for days took place in their newly acquired camp within this village. Dark and light emotions poured from the people as they grieved over those lost, cried for their uncertain futures, and pleaded for the power to resist the hole of humanity's greed that threatened to swallow their clan. No results were visible at first, and this didn't deter them in the slightest for their ancestors often worked in mysterious and invisible ways. True colors would be revealed once the time was right. They learned more of this new world and began enrolling their children into the Academy to learn the ways of their enemies in addition to their hunter-like qualities. The abilities their enemies held were now their own, yet loss couldn't be completely avoided, merely held at bay until the results of their cries were birthed. Certain clansmen began exhibiting at first special affinities unlike most, showing further skill beyond their time, and things were still yet to come to full fruition. Again their clan was attacked, this time a full-scale wipe out planned to kill any possible threat before it became real and instead provided the final hurdle. Beasts born of both sides of the spectrum manifested within eight individuals that night. Light painted over their bodies in designs unique to each individual, and over the course of the fight, it faded as their very skin changed to various hues and worked for differing purposes in their styles of fighting. By the end of the hour there wasn't a surviving enemy in their encampment. These eight were praised by the others as godsends and granted names from their old language befitting them. Gisune, dubbed "The Terror of Death" as the inheritor fought clothed in darkness and ruthlessly shedding blood in his path. The Shadow of Death, he represented the inevitability of death and the reactions of others to it. The other side to this coin is the necessity of death for life to be preserved and the desire to protect one's self, and possibly loved ones or ideals even if death becomes inevitable. Nyei, dubbed "The Mirage of Deceit" as the inheritor fooled his opponents on the field through his trickery, causing allies to betray each other with flawed visions. The Shadow of Deceit, he represented the human's love for deceit and the accompanying reactions. The other side is that sometimes a lie must be told to save many rather than pleasing a few with the truth. Cryta, dubbed "The Propagation" as the inheritor chose against fighting and instead provided defense for her clansmen, healing the wounded as the battle raged and continuing after the matter. The Shadow of Propagation, she represents the preservation of life procreation, and is likely the only fully positive guardian spirit created. Noigah, dubbed "The Prophet" as the inheritor appeared to predict some of his opponents' next moves and mystically coordinated some of the other guardian spirits' fights. The Shadow of Fate, he represents unavoidable fate and the despair that emanates from that knowledge. Not all futures lead to darkness, paving the way for even hints of light once one becomes truly aware. Yeci, dubbed "The Machinator" as the inheritor would constantly fool her opponents, tricking them into thinking they had her figured out until she'd pull out a new trick, especially going from purely water, to purely wind, to suddenly springing ice once the stage was set. The Shadow of Machinations, she represents the conglomeration of feelings derived from human cruelty. Her alternative side holds the desire for peace of life, and to be free of the unnecessary depravity. Gydaijiny, dubbed "The Temptress" as the inheritor captivated all her opponents with her movements, and fell from her hidden attacks between her combination of water and nature. The Shadow of Love, she represents the unrequited side and the pain felt from the loss of loved ones. Love encompasses many parts, and she also holds dear the notion of true love, and doing all one can to protect all those and that which they love. Caagan, dubbed "The Avenger" as the inheritor went to town on the attackers and brought down the force of the pain inflicted upon the clan for too long. The Shadow of Revenge, she represents the forces created from jealousy, the need for revenge, and other dark human emotions. She also idealizes having peace of mind despite what life may throw one's way and coming to terms with the inevitable. Tyng, dubbed "The Rebirth" as the inheritor gave way to a new range of skills with his control over fire, becoming as diverse in his control as a bird only told in legends. One of those they'd initially thought they'd taken care of, once he received his Ancestral Spirit he came back far worse than they could've predicted and thought him to be a ghost initially. The Shadow of Rebirth, he ties in with Gisune as the opposing force, looking to both the dark and light sides of life and death. As the others had feared, the clan had shown they could call to their ancestors and receive their wish's fulfillment. The first to be granted these abilities eventually happened upon the final stage, having received the first stage of the power in their moment of need, and raised them a bit more into fame until the first generation with this ability died and for awhile all was silent from the clan. Since then the clan has become far more active in joining the shinobi world and has given rise to the need for the guardians again, as guarding the clan begins with defending the village and more and more a child is born with one of them when there is need of a new clan member to bond with. Little is still fully known about them as they have only had spurts in the history and generally people don't like talking about their defeats, so they have mostly been parts of legends and mythical stories. Clan Traits/Characteristics: Mostly a Native American tribe, their skin will move from hues of mild tan to quite dark, though eye and hair colors don't seem to be limited. Bodies often have a variety of types of tattoos on them as they grow, gaining their first during their thirteenth birthday - the day of passage from child to adulthood for them (though considered still quite young). The tattoos aren't often language symbols, but family or clan specific and so hold special meaning to that individual, the family they're in, and representing the clan as a whole, but sometimes may sport kanji once the person is of fifteen years. Conforming only a bit to village life, they still choose many methods of living off the land and continue to teach their children in the arts of hunting, respecting nature, and knowing how to move in harmony with it. Most of them are quick to adapt to new situations and become accustomed to new settings or standards rapidly. Unlike other clans they're not so into inbreeding, and actually promote bringing new blood into the clan. Someone who is granted with one of the ancestral guardian spirits is often held in high esteem in the clan, but laden with the burden of great expectations and thus usually smacked if they get too egotistical. Once they reach the first stage of actually manifesting the powers physically, they receive a black dot near each eye, sometimes close to the bridge of the nose or closer to the temples. Upon reaching the third stage something of a "black trail" will curve from the corners of their eyes down their faces to their jaw. This signifies they have seen the true aspect of sadness and despair their guardian spirit was forged from, and the hopes it was meant to bring, acting as a "trail of black tears." After unlocking the energy form is when they're fully recognized as possessing the guardian and sometimes are referred by the guardian's name instead, and once they unlock the "true form" they gain the accompanying title. On occasion the guardian spirit will become a voice within the mind of the owner and act as a consulting spirit. Hard to say who will actually hear them and who won't, usually they appear at a young age to act as a conscience or a mental mentor when the individual is troubled. Clan Personality: A specific personality doesn't quite appear so much as common traits. From the moment they're born, any Konjou clan member is taught to respect the earth they walk upon and the resources that may be found even in the most barren of landscapes. The second most important thing to the clan that they're taught is to respect and love each other, instilling a strong bond amongst the members of the clan and making it rare that even an individual parted from the clan to come to hate them or desire to fight against them - but anything is possible. Very rarely are there introverted members since they act much like a giant family, and will sometimes be the biggest team players. They are fine when going solo, but in cases of missions or working in a team they tend to follow direction well, intervening if they feel or find fault with the reasoning/plan. Those with the guardian spirit sometimes experience a slight change in personality to better fit their guardian, or define new/more views on other humans from their newly gained view - as they see through the eyes of the guardian spirit. Clan Symbol:To join or make a character for this clan requires the owner's (my) permission at all times, absences included. To create a character without said permission grants me the freedom to call back the spirit you tried to claim and keep it free for anyone else's desires, while your character retains the loss of its abilities. I prefer to know when and which spirit is taken so I may update the clan accordingly, and appreciate notification as there can't be double spirits ^^

| I cant seen anything wrong with it, its good you put so much detail into it.
But can you exsplain exactly what a guardian is? Can they be seen by others, how do they look, can they aid their host in battle or?

| A guardian is a spirit, if you ever seen a show like umm .. Shaman King. When the spirit isnt in use it can only be seen by the user, when in use it'll manifest itself as something over the body of the user.
in later forms they becomes a tail, claws, hair, feet, etc. the normal guardians aren't able to fight seperate from their owners .. only together in one body.
Tetsu himself, being the current clan leader ... has 2 that are physically manifest that everyone can see. But they appear are pets, which is explained in the history of my char.
