Clan History: The Nakamura clan is infamous for its abilities to use and manipulate dark chakra. The Nakamura clan has had a long history in Japan dating back to the beginning of time. Once seen as nobility, The Nakamura clan slowly descended down to the rank of any other normal clan for its "treason" against the emperor for not sharing the secrets of dark chakra. The Clan leader at the time became furious with the Emperor's ruling and decided to develop an ultimate jutsu that had the power to destroy almost anything. When the jutsu was developed the Clan leader made a demonstration to the Emperor but the Leader failed and was completely consumed by the Great Darkness dragon and the Emperor laughed at the Leaders corpse which lay there destroyed completely and disregaureded the clans Dark chakra never to bother them again

Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

This jutsu allows the individual to place and activate exploding seals on a weapon. All shinobi train this jutsu in the academy making it a universal technique in the ninja world. The shinobi applies chakra to the seal, typically at the last minute before releasing the weapon or seal. The amount of chakra added determines the speed with which the seal explodes. Even the maximum amount of chakra (an immediate explosion) is still a low quantity. Once the seal is activated, it burns much like a fuse. When the fuse ends, the seal explodes.

Note: The typical exploding seal damages about a 2 meter radius. Naturally the closer to the source of the explosion, the more damage you're likely to face.

User creates a gigantic dragon composed of Fire and Dark chakra and moves where the user commands it. Having similar properties as Amaturasu it burn its target until the user wills it to stop, the target is destroyed completely or the users chakra supply runs out.

Description: As Hiei uses his kekki genkai, it grants him the ability to use dark chakra. This is the final jutsu Hiei masters right before he leaves the village for his own reasons. Hiei uses this to kill several leaf villages who try to stop him.

Dark chakra engulfing abyss surrounds a large area in darkness, favoring Hiei because he is able to see extremely well in dakrness and favors his kekkei genkai because it brings the realm of the dark chakra dragon to him disabling a bodily sacrifice to be made upon using this jutsu and also reducing the chakra consumptoin in half.

History:

Hiei was born on March 16th, it was a nice day and his parents were very happy and excited. Hiei even as a very young child showed great promise as a ninja. He had learned to walk at a young age and began to progress through stages of his life with great success. Growing up he had much success with women as well he had a few girlfriends nothing serious though because he was a dangerous person when it all came down to it.

Academy Arc

From the first day that he had arrived in the academy people began to like him for his looks and his brilliance in tactics. Right off the bat he was the smartest in the class while keeping out of relationships just hanging out with girls and making out after class.

Genin Arc

Liked by some and hated by others his skill along with the skill of his other two comrades made cell 6 one of the most respected cells in the Leaf village. One day when out on a mission Hiei and his team were attacked by a group of missing nin, while the other two lay injured Hiei pushed his limits using his Kekkei Genkai for the first time defeating the missing nin with dark chakra.

Chuunin Arc

As Hiei became a Chuunin he became more and more involved in his studies almost completely shutting off all social life although he did miss his friends. One day during his training he made a decision that would change him forever if he failed. He had decided to try to preform his bloodlines Ultimate Jutsu...."Kurai rirīsu~ Chakra Doragonrirīsu". As he unwrapped his left arm he felt overwhelmed by his confidence, He preformed the jutsu Flawlessly, he couldn't have been more happy with himself.

Jounin Arc

As Hiei grew up he became stronger and stronger overcoming all obstacles and on his 17th birthday he was promoted to the rank of Jounin finally completing his goal of surpassing his old sensai.
