Looks: Methias stands at a relatively high six foot tall, not too tall, but big enough to be eye catching. His hair is of the darkest of black, almost as if a ray of sunlight had never touched upon it. It is just long enough to reach the bottom of his back at it's longest points, and is style'd in no particular way, as if he had just woken up and got out of bed like it. His somewhat blood red eye's tend to gaze upon the world with a genuine hint of empathy. With put a petite nose and thin lips, he tends to be a rather attractive young man, a man many a woman would become weak-knee'd over.

His clothing consists of many an item, although the look is only complete once all are taken into account. His trousers are of the same shade of his hair, the darkest of blacks that can almost pierce your eye's as a bright light would. They sit tightly around his waist, yet are somewhat loose around the leg department, apparently for comfort. His chest tends to be uncovered to the outside world, toned and strong muscle's being on display to those who would glance upon him. If this is not the case, however, he wears a white buttoned shirt, with the top three buttons undone. However, with or without the shirt, he wears a black trenchcoat, which stops just before his ankle's. His feet wear a pair of black trainers, as to not go against the general look of the rest of his clothing. This is clearly somebody who cares about their outward appearance.

At all times, he has a piece of fabric wrapped around both hands, much like a boxer does before a fight.

Personality: Methias is a very withdrawn man, tending to sit back in the shadows instead of making a point of making friends. No, he would rather watch and manipulate from the sidelines instead of getting his hands dirty. Because he is so withdrawn, however, many people do not even realise how he manipulates people. It is said that he alone was the downfall of a much smaller village hidden within mountains, but because nobody could truly remember him, nobody knows for sure. This manipulative nature is reflected in his manner of speaking. If he wants to use someone, he will firstly begin by analysing them, then commenting on something that he knows will make them tick. Then, by a simple process, he turns that ninja against their village and towards him.

While manipulative, however, nobody could truly describe him as the manifestation of evil. Those who have got to know him would realise that he is more along the lines of a person on a holy crusade. Methias believes that eventually, all the impurities must be destroyed. What are these impurities, you ask? The ninja without Kekkei Genkai, and any Ninja with who stands in his way. He believes that they were forsaken by the sage of the five paths, and do not deserve their right on the planet. His Clan was created by divine intervention, so this god should hurry up and pick his survivors, or face a world with no people in it.

If he finds someone he trusts, he tends to be very open about his plans and thoughts, aswell as an all around good friend, which would seem totally against him as you were getting to know him. Unlike most "Evil Leaders", Methias will jump in to save someone in a fight if he likes them enough, even to the point where he may put his own life at risk by doing so. However, to those that he does save, he will make them know that they are now his property. They would be dead if it wasn't for him, and they should show him gratitude. This is another way he can manipulate people. However, it is also quite clear that he has his favorites, and hates to travel alone. His voice is generally quite calming and relaxing, able to make someone who's panicking stop in a few simple words. He makes them feel...Safe.

In battle, he changes once more, into a much more sinister being. He can kill without mercy, without even emotion. He is a very effective warrior in that respect. If an ally stands in his way whom he doesn't have any close ties to, he will happily cut through them to kill the enemy. His voice while in battle is almost malevolent, capable of striking fear into the hearts of those that hear him. Legends say that he is such an effective killer, he may well be the manifestation of the Grim Reaper, thus earning him his nickname. He uses all he can at his disposal, will fight dirty, and will use outside forces to garuntee his victory.

Clan History: This clan was said to be the first Clan to inhabit the land of Lightning, and was the clan that gave the place such a name. This Clan was once infamous throughout the entire ninja world, but has long since been forgotten, and was considered an extinct Clan. It was said that they lived next to the lightning for so long, that one day, a single man took a lightning strike and lived. Once this happened, however, it completely manipulated his body, allowing him to create and manipulate electricity by a simple thought. Through the process of reproduction, this strange occurance seemed to pass on to the next generation, until the clan was made. They thrived for years, but how did such a prestigous clan die out? The story is quite simple.

It all began with a man named Zeikke, Zeikke Stelligar to be exact. This man was a power hungry being, who longed for the day he would stand on top of the world. And while he was power hungry, he was by far the greatest Ninja of their Clan at the time. This eventually caused him to become their leader. Yet nobody could forsee what he had up his sleeve. He took up war with another, almost legendary Clan, the Uchiha. As he was their leader, the people rallied behind him, aiming to take out the most powerful Clan of their time, and to mark their place in the history books. However, the lack of battle training the majority of the clan had became quite apparent. One by one they fell, and while the Uchiha losses were relatively high, they were nothing on the Stelligar losses. Eventually, only four members stood, Zeikke being the main man.

It was obvious what was to happen next. With a swift blow, the leader of the Uchiha Clan ended his life, and sent the other three packing. The reports stated that not a single Stelligar lived from this battle, and was removed from history. However, during this time, the last three members continued their lives, and now only one known member of the Clan lives, Methias.

Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes its shape into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an updraught which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Description: The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spits it out, and ignites it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of of flame bullets by partitioning the oil. If this technique is fired after covering the enemy with oil using the Toad Oil Bullet, it has plenty of power to wound or kill. As this also keeps down the consumption of chakra.

Description: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult. Shuriken can be hid within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames they can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Description: Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique created by Sasuke Uchiha. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which travels at 1/1000th of a second according to Zetsu, as opposed to elemental chakra it is one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful Lightning Release technique. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.

To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. However, the manipulation of the lightning itself requires little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, the blast was strong enough to completely annihilate the entire Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold as well as destroy the entire mountain on which the stronghold was built, giving credibility to Sasuke's claim that the attack is unavoidable. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo, though he admitted that were it not for his Susanoo, he would have been killed.

Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Description: Methias emits lightning in the shape of a spear from his hand, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock, meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This makes it nearly impossible to evade.

Description: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.


Methias also has access to all his Clan Jutsu's, aswell as all the Academy jutsu's.

Special Abilities: "He doesn't wear that trench coat for a fashion statemet, it's bullet proof, and highly resilient to Jutsu." would be a fine way to describe this coat. It is highly resistant to all types of attacks, effectively making every jutsu used on him two levels lower. For example, an A-Rank jutsu would only be as effective as a C-Rank. However, S-Rank Jutsu's only go down one rank, to A, and are still more than deadly if not taken properly.
Origin: This Trench Coat originally belonged to Zeikke Stelligar. It is unknown as to how Methias got this, but he appears to carry it around wiht him wherever he goes.


Name: The Dagger

Special Abilities: This dagger was specially designed for use of the Stelligar Clan, and as such, every member carried one when it was still a thriving clan. It is an incredible conductor of electricity, and as such, is the idea weapon for the Stelligar member to wield. Because it's a dagger, it also allows for stealthy attacks.
Origin: It is said that this Dagger was created from a metal ore that was once struck by the very same lightning that created the Stelligar Clan.


Name: Knife on a metal wire
Appearance: As the name states, he carries with him atleast four knifes, each attached to a metal wire, which extends from his belt. This means he can also retract the wires if he feels the need.

Special Abilities: Much like "The Dagger", this is able to conduct the electricity created by the Stelligar Clan, making it a very vital weapon. Aswell as this, it can be used to prevent things such as falling to your death, by throwing it at something it can wrap around and support your weight.
Origin: Methias created these himself, in order to make his style of combat even more effective.
History and RP Sample:
History: It all began with a legend, a story, if you will. A legend of a child that would either save, or destroy the world. The legend said of the most powerful Ninja to ever be born to the Stelligar Clan, who would be immediately born with his Kekkei Genkai activating, killing his mother during birth. He would then continue to grow in power, and him and his group would travel the world, either fixing or creating problems. However, this mans story is far too close to this legend to be a mere coincidence, but alas, in every story, we have to start from the beginning.

The beginning
It began almost twenty years ago, within the very walls of a small village in the mountains. The conception. A couple, who were clearly incredibly happy with their life, finally settled down to make a family. Upon finding out that the lovers had infact been gifted with pregnancy, they were the self-proclaimed 'happest couple in the world'. They lived these nine months with no missions, making sure they were both safe to say hello to the newest addtion of their family. And they lived, not a single day of agony on their oh so perfect life. But you know what they say. All good things must come to an end.

Labour. Arguably the most painful thing a woman could live through. However, the moment her waters broke, they and all their friends knew something was definately wrong. For one, they didn't seem to be broken naturally, and the amount of blood dripping from her was far from healthy. But what had happened to cause such an oddity? Soon, the whole village found out about the monstrocity living within her womb. On the Labour Bed, as she was pushing her son out of her, the sound of static bangs echoed through the ears of everyone in the room. The last thing to escape her lips was a horrific, mind-numbing scream.

His father was there to witness the whole event. His own son, killing his own wife. Truly, a tragedy. How one could live with this was almost unknown, yet he did well. He took hold of his son, remembering his heritage. He felt sure that the bloodline had died out with his father, seeing as he himself didn't have the Kekkei Genkai, but alas, that apparently wasn't the case. Stories which his father had told him were slowly beginning to make sense. He knew that he would have to get Methias into a Village to train to become a Ninja at a later date, but for now, he just wanted to enjoy his new life with his son.

Growing up, in and out of the Academy

At the age of four, Methias was entered into the Ninja Academy at Sunagakure. It was definately an early age, but his father insisted that his son would become great, and needed to be trained to control his powers as soon as possible. Simply being around Methias in the past often made parents worry about their childrens safety. His powers were unpredictable, often spiking out due to his lack of learning and mastery. He required someone who understood his Kekkei Genkai, and because it was thought to have been extinct long ago, nobody truly understood how to control it.

And that was the reason for joining the Academy aged four. By learning the techniques of a Ninja, perhaps he could have learned to master his own skills utalizing the same abilities. The first thing he learned was Chakra Control, and how it affected the Jutsu's you could use. This also allowed for him to begin understanding his own abilities, and using this knowledge, he eventually learned to control how and when to activate his abilities, and instead of a devastating blast of electricity being sent into anyone who touched him, instead, he could control it perfectly. His teachers labled his Kekkei Genkai as "Truly Magnificient".

After around two years, he had mastered all the Academy Jutsu, and had been granted permission to take on the Genin Exam. Passing with flying colors, he thought he would eventually join up with a team and continue to have his skills grow in mastery. But somebody had apparently come out with a true surprise for him. When he came face to face with his new Sensei, there was nobody else with him. Standing before him was a man whom he had never seen, but had heard his father speak about in whispers. His uncle. Shin Stelligar.

And as a Genin, he became stronger than ever before.

Standing before his newly met uncle, Methias couldn't help but wonder what was going to happen now. No team mates, no allies. Why? Soon his questions would be answered. He was being sent to train directly under someone who harnessed the same abilities as he did, and this man was the only known other member of the Clan. First, he was trained to further his understanding of the Kekkei Genkai, and within a few months he was able to control electricity down to the Quantum level. By doing this, he was also able to learn several techniques that involved pushing the electricity through conductive media, and as a rewards, he was given "The Dagger".

"The Dagger" was a weapon that was very important to his Clans form of combat. It essentially conducted electricity in such a way that he could use it for high speed combat, without having to worry about controlling his element too much. It simply came naturally when weilding a weapon of this calibur. It was truly a beauty. However, his new master gave him a really simple task. Master this weapon as he would his Kekkei Genkai. And although it was allegedly easy to send his Kekkei Genkai through it, initially, the struggle was immense. For some reason, actually sending the electricity through conductive media was such a challenge, that it was infact used to train their abilities.

After several days, Methias had finally mastered the weapon, and because of this, he was sent on a B-Rank mission all alone. Days seemed to pass without a word from the young Genin, until he eventually came back, blood covering him from head to foot. He had infact acidentally killed someone, and left himself injured in the process. While not serious, he came to the conclusion he had to find a way of ranged fighting. Because of this, after he recovered, he made himself a new weapon, which attached to his belt. Deadly knives, attached to a metal wire. A perfect combo, which allowed him to use his Kekkei Genkai in connection with a weapon that would be perfect at range, aswell as keep him defended if he were to fall off a building or the like.

And then was the days of the Chuunin Exams. This was two years after he had became a Genin and began mastering his techniques. He was the only person who wasn't in a team, but even so, he passed on his first attempt, gaining the rank of Chuunin.

Chuunin / ANBU Arc, The Reaper is born

Upon gaining the rank of Chuunin, it appeared that at just the age of eight, he was already being examined by the top ANBU officials. They were interested in his fighting style, his abilities, and how quickly he could progress and learn. To them, he would be the ideal clay for them to mold into their image. While they were watching him, Methias eventually joined a team, and began to deal with some higher level missions, even taking on a few A-Ranks for good measure. His team was beyond their expected abilities. And the main reason for this? You guessed it. Methias Stelligar.

After another two years, life appeared to become mundane for the now ten year old boy. In the last year, his father had died, he had recovered, and he was now greater than ever. It was time for ANBU to sweep in. Methias was eventually summoned to the Kage's office, where he was offered the chance to join ANBU. Accepting instantly, he inevitably was thrown into the darkest assassination missions known to man. Killing became an every day task, and he was everso good at it. As the months grew to years, he was nicknamed "The Reaper" by his fellow ANBU comrades, naming him after the mastery he had of taking life.

At the age of thirteen, he was promoted to Jounin by the Kage, one of the very few to ever gain a Kage promotion simply by proving their worth in battle. And yet, while he was so effective, he never seemed arrogant about it. However, things were about to change for the worse.

A good boy turned bad, or the awakening of a far greater force?

He was sent on another mission, alone this time, for ANBU. This mission would shape Methias' outlook on life forever. He was sent to a small village, sorrounded by water, and asked to guard it from an incoming attack. However, what he saw there was no attack, but a massacre of epic proportions. No, they weren't being attacked. They were the attackers, and they killed an entire Clan in fear of what they could do. Outraged, a fuse blew within Methias, and a tail which would be told for centuaries was made on this day.

Methias simply killed them all. Ripping through them as if they were butter and he was the knife, he took their lives like the Reaper he was. Within the hour, the whole village was devastated, and he immediately knew what his new goal was. To protect those with Kekkei Genkai, and to kill those who feared it, namely everyone without one. Yet if those with Kekkei Genkai decided they wanted to protect those weak, pathetic beasts, he would through them aswell. Nobody was safe. And he knew what he had to do. He would become a missing Ninja, and take matters into his own hands at last.

Being Hunted

As time went on, he was greeted by several members of his old ANBU team coming after him. Fools. They knew all too well of the fate that would greet them in trying to return him to the village. One by one they fell to the ground, bloodied and beaten by a ninja of far superior skill. As time continued, more of their Village ANBU fell to this man, death becoming expected when dealing with him.

Now, at the age of 19, he is considered ATLEAST an S-Rank Ninja, if not above. But alas, there is no ranking for above an S-Rank. All that is known is that he is highly dangerous, and standing against him is a sure fire way to get yourself killed.

More recent, from a Bleach RP i'm an Admin in. In this case, this is a battle in New York against several NPC's and a few RPers. As such, there will be killing of an NPC Espada, although I personally do not "God Mod" against real people.

Are all Kakashi's personal creations. So you wouldn't have acess to them. Only him and his descendants.

2- Some fire jutsus, I think are Sasuke's. Maybe Irie could talk with you, or just leave them. The Raiton should go .. Maybe pick another element. I'd avise you that, like Water or Earth. Those have many jutsu's and no specialtys.
