Custom Techniques: Methias Stelligar

Yeah, forgot to press "Post" on my application. As such, removed Kirin, and the dragon fire technique, and essentially all Jutsu relating to Kakashi or Sasuke. Replaced Raiton: Kage Bunshin with:


Name: Kage Bunshin, Stelligar Style

Description: A technique that varies, but is very similar in nature to the Hatake "Raiton Kage Bunshin". Upon Creating a Shadow Clone, which is granted with all the same abilities, as well as Kekkei Genkai of the user, it is granted with some odd abilities. Namely, based on the Kekkei Genkai. These clones too harness the ability to create lightning from within the body, and send it through conductive media. When it is destroyed, a small amount of the electricity that is created by the Stelligar member is released, causing shock and possible fainting. The main difference between this and the Raiton Kage Bunshin, however, is that it cannot use Jutsu above C-Rank, and cannot potentially kill when destroyed. Only one can be made at any time. As such, this could be considered a down-ranked version of the Hatake's Jutsu.

Description: By concentrating lightning into the dominant hand, Methias can push his hand forwards, creating a constant stream of Electrical energy. This energy, if it hits, Methias can keep pumping into the opponent until Death, however, it only reaches in front of him by 5 meters.

Description: Methias' signature Jutsu, and something shrouded by mystery. While it is said to utalize his Kekkei Genkai, nobody is truly sure. Essentially, Methias creates a HUGE amount of electrical energy within him, and then begins to shock his own nerves. This allows him to react as quickly as lightning moves, in order to make swift dodges and counters. However, while using this, he causes a good amount of damage to himself. Aswell as this, he cannot use this while running, and therefore is not considered high speed movement in the long run. Punches and kicks in this state are atleast five times faster than usual, each hit is empowered with his Kekkei Genkai, and can only be used for a certain amount of time before he is exhausted.
