Personality:
Tsuki is, by and large, very docile and quiet. She'd rather keep to herself so she doesn't cause trouble. However, when people disrespect her or people she loves, her temper is vile and i mean 'rip off your limbs piece by piece' vile. It's merely a protective gut instinct but those who know her well, and love her as she is see the shy yet well-spoken girl she truly is underneath her fits of anger. She truly is a very sweet girl, and never shies away from showing her affection if someone has become dear to her.

History & Roleplay Sample

History: Tsuki was born into the Hana clan on the night of a full moon, hence her name. Her mother, Mizu, was a kind and gentle woman who raised her daughter with great love and affection. Her father, Hikaru, was a bit more rough around the edges but his masculinity just meant he was a protective father. However, Hana's big sister, Ayaka, was bitter. Seeing the newborn baby take all of the attention she once had angered her. She would purposely try to get Hana in trouble as she got older, doing anything from pushing plates and cutlery off the dinner table to pushing people over as they walked down the street. More often than not, her parents saw through the deception and scolded her but Ayaka didn't give up that easily. For a while, she actually helped Tsuki train to become a kunoichi which further helped Tsuki to become a Genin at the age of 12. It was then that Tsuki discovered her first element, water. It was this that made Ayaka hate her sister with a passion. Ayaka had never found an element considering she'd never done the test before she left the academy. At the age of 16 while Tsuki was 12, she felt ashamed and belittled.

Tsuki became a diligent hard worker on her Genin squad, continuously pushing herself harder and harder in her clans arts as well as her new elemental jutsu. Her two teammates, both of whom were male, were impressed with her work ethic as was her sensei. All 3 Genin treated each other with respect and so made them a good candidate team for the Chuunin Exams later on in the year. The day she'd been invited to attend said exam, Tsuki rushed home to tell her parents. "Mom, Dad, I'm gonna be a Chuunin!" She cried as she ran into the open arms of her father for a near bone-crushing hug. It had been one of the happiest days of her life and, sadly, one of the last happy days she would experience with her family. Ayaka, who seemed happy for her sister on the outside, had had enough of her sister getting all of the glory. "Have fun while it lasts, little sister. I'm about to make life that much harder for you," She muttered as she disappeared into the shadows to prepare to ruin her sisters life and possibly her career as a ninja. But first, she needed her sister to get past these damned Chuunin Exams. She wasn't strong enough yet.

The Chuunin Exams pushed Tsuki's Genin team to breaking point. There were fights about where to go, what to do, where to sleep. It didn't seem like they were going to find thesescrolls. However, while the boys slept one night, Tsuki went off on her own. She came across a squad who got too curious, and decided to try and open the Earth scroll they carried. She watched as the heavy paralysis jutsu took hold and sent the stunned boys to the ground. She probably couldn't use the Earth scroll now, but their Heaven scroll looked pretty decent. She took it, and returned to her team before they awoke. Seeing one of the scrolls they needed, the other 2 were given a new lease of life and went on to battle another squad and take their Earth scroll. They qualified for the fighting stage of the Chuunin Exams, and only 2 out of the 3 passed, Tsuki being one of them. The other got too cocky, and ended up with his spine being so severely damaged, he would never walk again.

Tsuki was presented with the rank of Chuunin at age 14. She was still close to her previous team and visited Rikudo, the disabled member, frequently to help care for him. The other, Daisuke, was less helpful but he had a soft spot for Tsuki, so he would help out if she asked. Tsuki was busy with missions for quite a while so her family saw little of her but her parents were still so proud of her that they smothered her with affection when she returned while Ayaka lurked nearby and watched her sister with viciously spiteful eyes. She was 18 now and STILL had yet to produce some sort of praise-worthy accomplishment. She was a drop-out, nothing more than a chip upon the family shoulder. However, she was determined that Tsuki would become the same thing over time. She'd make that happen if it killed her. First, she needed to deal with the cripple that Tsuki was so infatuated with. That would be the first step in breaking her little sisters spirit. Then it was only a matter of time.

Tsuki came to check on Rikudo one day after a mission with some fresh groceries and a bunch of flowers from her clans gardens. Using the spare key that she could always find under a plant pot, she let herself into his home. "Rikudo! It's me! I brought you some food and stuff!" She shouted as she made her way into the living room then gasped. Rikudo had fallen out ofhis wheelchair and was sprawled out on the floor with his legs still trapped in the chair. Tsuki rushed to his side to help him but he felt limp in her arms. "R-Rikudo?" She asked as she gently slipped a hand under his chin to check his pulse. Nothing. He was dead. Her first love was dead. "No..." She murmured as her voice cracked. Before long, she was crying more than she'd ever cried before, hunched over Rikudo's bodyand murmuring prayer after prayer that Kami would take care of him. What she didn't know was, if she'd come not even half an hour earlier, she would've caught her sister breaking the frail young mans neck.

From that day on, instead of breaking as Ayaka would've hoped, Tsuki worked even HARDER, working for both Rikudo and herself now. Daisuke had drifted apart from her as the two grew older but they still made time to meet up now and again. Tsuki swore that she would make it to Jounin one way or another and this just made Ayaka work even harder to find a way to take down her little sister. Then it finally hit her. Her sister's chakra had been growing and growing as she got older. There was ONE thing she could do to potentially ruin her sister. Ayaka might've not been given a rank since she never graduated, but she'd been studying demons since she was about 7. They fascinated her greatly. If only she could learn a seal of sorts. She did learn one, the Five Pronged Seal, on the day that Tsuki was granted the position of a Konoha Jounin. What poor Tsuki didn't know was that, soon, all of her happiness would be taken from her.

One night, while an exhausted Tsuki slept, Ayaka made her way into her room with a scroll in one hand and her other hand glowing with the seals energy. Releasing a wolf demon from inside the scroll, she forced into Tsuki's body, making the young girl jerk awake and thrash wildly and plead for her sister to stop. However, her pleading fell on deaf ears and Ayaka proceeded to seal said demon inside her little sister. "Welcome to the shadows, Tsuki," The girl hissed. "It's not fun, but you'll learn to live with it," Tsuki didn't understand. "Nee-Chan...Why? What did I do?!" She gasped as Ayaka striked her across the face. "You were born," The spiteful older sister spat as she left the room, leaving Tsuki to huddle up on her bed and cry herself to sleep.

Since Tsuki had so far been able to tell her parents absolutely everything, the next day she went straight to her mother. Of course, she did indeed believe what Ayaka had done but she couldn't even bring herself to touch her daughter. "Tsuki...I love you, you know that," Her mother sobbed. "But I can't have you staying here while you harbour that...THING inside of you. You could hurt somebody," Her father then entered the room and Tsuki's mother informed him of what had happened. He looked at his daughter and managed to reluctantly embrace her. "Tsuki...This will be the last time I embrace you...Now you must run. Ayaka has gone to tell the Hokage of what you have inside you. Run before she has the chance to ruin you, Tsuki. Take this with you," He handed her his pocket watch, which played a lullaby when you opened it. It would get her to sleep when she was a baby. "Go, Tsuki, hurry. We'll stall them so you have time," Her mother urged as Tsuki hurriedly went to pack her things but left her headband on her bedside cabinet. She left as fast as she could, but never did get to say goodbye to Daisuke. Only being 17 when this happened, she has been a rogue nin for a year now. Neither good nor evil, she travels from place to place with the hope of finding somewhere that will accept her for the demon she has inside her. The wolf demon is nothing remarkable, it gives off a more vicious chakra, and it can take over from time to time, causing her to grow wolf ears and a tail. It has no elemental control, but when its chakra spikes, so does Tsuki's. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. She hasn't learned to control it yet or tame it as of yet.
