The only way to come out of the jutsu is to wound yourself deeply to come out the trance.

An audio Genjutsu, By focusing his chakra, Sanada can cause a sedating effect on an opponent, he needs to speak softly, just loud enough to be heard, what he says isn’t important, meaning he can activate this genjutsu in a normal conversation unbeknownst to her target. As the Target listens to his voice they begin feeling calmer and calmer, disconnecting from the situation around them, if this continues for a 10 seconds, he can even put them to sleep. In combat this can prove very effective, his opponent will literally feel their energy leaving them and by the time most realize what’s happening to them they are too tired and sedated to even bother to do anything about it, they simply won’t care, rendering them vulnerable and unable to respond to his attacks. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an updraught which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

The capabilities of the crow form is unknown. However, Itachi was able to cast his Sharingan Genjutsu while in clone form, so it is likely no more limited than other such clone techniques.
