Description:The user adds a little extra chakra to his Sharingan before he blinks, capturing everyone who is looking at them to in the Genjutsu. This techinque fools both the brain and the eyes by messing up the chakra flow to both. This techinque causes every movement the victim performs to be reversed, meaning if they ran toward the user they would actually go backwards, though to them they would still be running straight towardhim. If the victim tried to do a hand seal their hands will actually move away from each other, meaning that they can't focus their chakra toescape the jutsu. The victim's nervous sytem is also messed up because of this jutsu, and they won't feel any strain put on their body by themselves (an example being that if they were to try and cross their arms forward they would bring them back and continue to attempt to pull them back farther without knowing it.) but they still can feel pain inflicted on them by other people, and if they bump into an object the Genjutsu will end.

RP Sample:Irie was walking through the streets of Konoha and had just learned a new jutsu for the Sharingan. He put chakra into his eyes and activated his Sharingan. And everyone looked in his direction, he then activated the jutsu quickly and watched as they all walked backwards and bumping into eachother, not even noticing they were under his jutsu. Irie had a small smirk on his face as he watched every trip and fall over anything and even waving they're hands backwards, they had no idea. He had learned enough to know how to use it and deactivated his sharingan. The Jutsu was gone and everyone came back to reality and tried to catch they're balance as they all fell down once more.
Irie smirked at how well the jutsu had worked on regular people, they didnt even realize how they had come under the genjutsu.
