Description:Much like the water dragon bullet technique it needs quite a few hand signals about 45, the user focuses his water chackra into one palm and uses the body flicker technique or anyway of getting close to their opponent, once the user is close enought to the opponent the user hits the opponent in his chest releasing the water dragon inside of the body, hense suffocating someone from the inside, can e dodged by the body flicker.

Sorry dude. The thought of an instant kill is too much. You strike the opponent in the chest and they drown from the inside. Too much y'know.
