Personality: Seikei is a very strange boy to be with, he is very interested with books and information, he likes to learn about others as its his biggest hobby, he thinks if he learns enough about someone he can think the way they think, he also is a hard worker when it comes to training, but the thing others cant understand is why he talks to the thin air and chat for a long period of time, girls who cant understand him leave, thinking he’s not correct in the head, but they cant see his vision. He could act moody sometimes and rarely laugh in chats, he has an obscure way of talking and random views on things which people might thing hes a freak.

Clan History:It was unknown when this dark clan was around, all that was know was it had bonds with a Shinigami, They are a race of extra-dimensional beings who survive by killing humans to extend their own lives even those with high chakra pools are victims. Shinigamis are not responsible for every death that occurred.

The unknown clan started as this lone ninja who had wondered the wilderness all his life was about to die, the rain came down beating on this ninja as if there was no tomorrow, but for him there wanst, his chakra pool was very high, he was like an S rank ninja, his name was unknown. A Shinigami was watching him die slowly all this time, watching the ninja’s life span fall by the second, his time was up. Then suddenly the ninja fell to his knees as he cried out in pain as his eyes shined red, he confessed on all the dreams he didn’t fulfill before his time and would do anything to become immortal to fulfill it even if it means being treated like a puppet, This Shinigami heard all of his pleading and did something they should never do, expose themselves in the human realm. The tall 9 feet Shinigami stood in front of the ninja, the man looked up at the demon he saw but in his state couldn’t do a thing, The Shinigami told the man he could help him achieve all his dreams with extra life span, the man looked up at him scared, the Shinigami bent down and looked at the man as he said slowly to him that he only has 3 minutes 45 seconds to live, the Shinigami was only helping this man to live so he could create a name for himself in the human world because he was just bored out his mind in his realm, the Shinigami Realm. The man agrees for help and extra life span was giving to him. The Shinigami could sense the man was already cursed, he ask the man, ”You have been curse in this life time”, the man stood up and said, ”The power of the curse… sharingan”. Lightning fell as the speech left the Uchihas mouth, a sudden treaty was made and the last words that the Shinigami said was,”You have not only curse yourself more… my friend… but the whole human race…power is not meant to be toyed with!!!”, the man stood in the rain as he replied back to him, ”Whos toying…around…” . They both gave out a laugh as they both disappeared in the darkness of the night.

Many years later the clan was mutated and branch off the Uchiha clan, but they never gain the power of the sharingan but something more unnatural…

Clan Members birth
In the clan when the birth for new members arrive, its not normal birth, in the clan they call it the ‘Death Birth’, this happens for a reason to build the clan in a Shinigami way. First, as soon as the baby is born it is placed on the alter and stabbed in the heart with a Shinigami dagger, the baby will die instantly and left on the alter as the dark priests of the clan pray for 24 hours, the reason for the prayer is too kill the soul of the baby. After the soul is gone the chakra channels die so the baby is lifeless and cannot be sensed by anyone, the priests then throws the baby into the pool of black blood where the blood would enter the baby from the stab wound on the heart and fill it with new life, the chakra channel is filled with black chakra, but even when this happens the baby has no chakra signal, its now the living dead, the natural colour of chakra changes from blue to black, they have no emotion and would later in life gain these back slowly and they live unatural lives making them live longer. Twins are not allowed to be born, the first one out lives as the other dies, each must be born 1 year apart.

Shinigami Guardian
Each clan member has there own Shinigami guardian, when the child reaches 6 years, 6 months and 6 seconds, a Shinigami will appear to them but they wouldnt do anything untill the member is able to defend themself, the shinigami would be distant and rarely talk to them. They look out for the clan member as they were a brother or sister or a close friend, they cannot be seen by anyone or anything they are undetectable, unless you had the death birth, They can touch solid objects if they want and they can travel through solid objects, they can also fly around and hover in mid air, and the only thing they can eat is apples and nothing else, Shinigami’s has a great fondness for apples, comparing them to cigarettes and alcohol for Shinigami, and will go through a type of withdrawal if they go for too long without eating them. Their withdrawal symptoms involve twisting themselves up like a pretzel and doing handstands and talking a lot. They can also help fight in battles and use jutsu if needed.They are really wise having huge life span. The strength of guardian is abit stronger then the clan member, so if the member was a genin at a low level, the guardian would be advance genin level.

Notebook
The NoteBook is a book in the clan, if the clan member writes a persons name in their blood in the book with the black skull pen; they will know all the information about that person they just wrote in, childhood, personal details and so on. Also jutsu are use from this notebook as well. The pages cannot run out in this book and others cannot see it only people from the clan.
•Writing names with people’s blood in the notebook would reveal their info.
•Clan members can also write to each other if they have the notebook, for this to happen they must have the persons name in the book that is from the clan.
•Clan jutsus are made from this notebook as well but to perform them you need the black skull pen infused with dark chakra from the clan, which is why only clan members can use them.
•Clan members notebook cannot be destroyed unless the person is dead or a seal is performed on it.

New Blood
If people wanted join the clan they would have to go through the same death birth no matter what age they are, they are stripped of all of their jutsus and elements and are born again with darkness, they inheirt the clan traits as well, if they cannot do death birth in the proper manner the clan member has to stab the user in the heart and transfer 1 litre of their own blood into them, this would take 48 for the new blood to die and let them gain dark chakra.
They are given only 1 gaurdian and if they take the shinigami's eyes they can never have a second shinigami...never.

Clan Traits
•All members have black hair and very pale skin tone.
•All members are extremely fast, noticing they cannot be sensed, they use speed as a main offence.
•All members have no chakra signal so they cannot be sensed at all, but during fighting and chakra minipulation the presence can be faintly sensed.
•All members blood are very the same to the great uchiha making them close relatives.

History:

[Childhood Arc]
It was a dark night as seikei was born, he cried a lot as life was giving to him before the shinigami dagger entered his heart and killed him in a second. His mother kept a straight face as this was normal, the death birth, but after all the ritual and praying, seikei, was finally born. He grew up with his mother and father at the clans compound, and when he turn 6 he had his shinigami guardian appear to him, his name was keiri, they bonded well until seikei found out about the secret of the bloodline and noticed that to achieve it he would never see keiri again, this kept him at distance for a while. He wanted his family to be proud of him so he oath to them that he would bring honour to his clan. The 8 tails was seal in him but he never knew.

[Training Arc]
Training was a tough routine for seikei because the clan was known for being fast, and slow members wernt liked, so he had to be the best. When he reach 8 years old his speed was very great and he trained with his father who gave him his shinigami katana and his death note, this was a sign of maturity. The next step for him was to go to the ninja academy and become faster. He now has mastered the death note and his kenjutsu in his clan ways but the compound place a limit on his potential; he headed out to find new power.

[Academy Student Arc]
He applied for the academy and they denied for his age sake, but later on he applied again and they let him join, he wanted to show everyone that he wanst weak, he might not be strong in strength but he was surely the fastest, he had many jounins give him evil looks. He only completed his class and talked to keiri who cant be seen by anyone else, other then that the teachers keep there close eye on him and who is around seikei.He past the exams which were easy for him and graduated at age 10.

[Training Arc]
Seikei kept with his speed training which others were amazed and even the jounins, because they couldn't sense his chakra, they thought he was a threat, be he kept his training up, 6 hours a day which tired him out a lot but he had a lot of stamina. Keiri kept close to seikei and he always ate apples when people aren’t around, seikei just wanted to be genin real soon and join a squad and meet with his own sensei. Speed and kenjutsu was the main training routine for him, he did practice in ninjutsu as well.

[Genin Arc]
Seikei was now a fully genin at the age of 12, of course he would be young in the squad but not that young. He didnt know really what to do, he mostly kept to himself and keiri but then later on started making friends along the way which gave him motivation to succeed. Then it hit him one day, news arivved from his clan that his mother died while giving birth and his father went mad out of aloneness, this hit seikei hard. Now all of his motives change, he couldn’t trust people; he didn’t even know if he had a brother or sister, no clue, now seikei wonders alone in the darkness waiting for the light. Later on as he lived life he achieved his eyes but lost his shinigami until he found another one and signed him to Seikei, his name was jinpachi.

[Training Arc]
Seikei has been train every day for 6 hours, 2 hours on speed, 2 hours on kenjutsu, and 1 hour on ninjutsu and 1 hour on taijutsu, his aloneness push him to strive on, at this rate his speed was great like a chuunin now, hes smarter, He knows if he keeps training he would find who killed his family and bring peace to his dead heart.

Seikei was now known to all so he stood up and jumped over to the little group, he took an apple and bit into it as he eat slowly, he look at reikon and asa and hayate with a friendly look, "Skills to contribute...? ...well i have many...but for what situation...?", he said blanked face as he tilted his head, jinpachi stood behind him as he looked around but kept his gaze over reikon and asa, "Hey seikei, this is some odd group eh!? heh...but over hearing them i know a little, they are trying to catch the jounin hes around here somewhere...thats all i know...and all of these guys are plotting to catch him so...if we use your skills then catching him would alot easier...", jinpachi said as he now was watching the apple seikei was holding. "Sorry for my bad entrance...my name if seikei kurayami...if you didnt know...and i like apples...and so does my friend...", he looked at reikon and asa as he said that.

Honestly I love your idea for a clan and it's very well organized and professionally made but don't you think each clan member at the age of six years old having their own personal Shinigami is a bit much? e.e

The IQ could easily be higher than 200. Dude strength isn't the only thing that win battles. It's intellegence aswell, meaning a genin's guardian is extremely smart and could aid the genin in anyway possible.

Let me get this straight. You can have Darkness as a Release, require little to no handseals. Gain up to great speeds which is their number one offense. They have no chakra signatures so they cannot be sensed. They can see in the dark as if it was day time. They have a notebook that gives them information if you use their blood to write their name inside. They have a guardian that could be extremely intellegent. You can see what a person's seeing after you write their name in their own blood. Their notebooks cannot be destroyed and they also deal with spirits and much more advantages.

Tone it down dude. It seems like the most unskilled ninja, with this clan can be extremely powerful and dangerous.
